Jose was able to come out and address my flooding issue within 2 hours, whilst the company my insurance contacted NEVER reached out. Him and his team (Juky, Geno, Hector, and Jerson) were able to salvage my carpet and remove the damaged flooring, in order to dry things out before mold could set. Now to see how their company handled the repair process.

PDR doesn't just do restoration after storm damage, they also can do home renovations/remodeling! Our interior designer recommended them for our condo remodel, and we couldn't be happier.

Mark, Chuck, and their team were a delight to work with, super communicative, and did an amazing job. They were flexible as our design plans changed and new projects (from small touch-ups to adding light dimmers to fixing a leaking toilet) arose. Their electricians, plumbers, and general contractors are all very friendly, professional, and actually do the work quickly and effectively instead of dragging projects on. In fact, my husband and I were shocked at their speed when doing our larger kitchen and office remodel! The only cause for delay was when a few necessary materials were backordered, and the PDR team routinely checked in and came quickly to finish a project whenever a part was delivered. A special shoutout to Ibel, who came to help us a lot and is so skilled as both an electrician and plumber!

It is a great value for the service, and I cannot recommend them enough. Even our building management commented on their professionalism, organization, and cleanliness! We'll definitely reach out to PDR again if we have any future remodeling, plumbing, or electrical needs.

I had the pleasure of working with the Paul Davis team recently and I can honestly say they did an amazing job. From the movers to the reconstruction team, they were professional and efficient. Communication was a bit of a challenge at first between the insurance company, Paul Davis and I, but Lucas was incredibly helpful and understanding. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Andres did an incredible job overseeing the project from start to finish. Anything I didn’t like or wanted different, he made it happen and I’m so appreciative of that because I like things a certain way. They made sure my home looked amazing after the flooding. I am so happy to be back in my home again, and I can’t thank these two guys and the entire Paul Davis team enough. Highly recommend!

However, Erica, the office manager doesn’t need to have any type of human interaction, no empathy for customers and just outright unprofessional and RUDE…. But other than her ️️️️️ team! And I’ve already recommended them to a few of my clients!

Attention: Darren Impson, on June 17th 2023 my home was struck by lightening, the upper floor was impacted. I hired a company to restore my home. We had a major leak from a toilet supply line with fresh water flooding of both floors shortly after moving in. Our State Farm agent provided some options for mitigation and repair, and we researched it to the best of our ability and chose this company (PD/Tampa). My wife and I could not be happier with the service provided. They were very professional, detail focused, demonstrated quality workmanship, and functioned efficiently with timely service from the beginning to the completion of the project. Although I'll certainly omit many important employees who contributed, I would like to mention the names of some of the team members that I can recall as they were true craftsman and pleasures to work with. In no particular order: Jason Bachinski, Chuck Marshall, and Gerold Murray managed the project with Mr. Murray our liason with State Farm, all 5-star, quick to respond to questions and quick to address problem issues (there were very few). They were a great group to work with. Pedro with his team (apologies for not recalling all the names) for mitigation service which was super prompt and aggressive to minimize time drying things out and minimize risk of mold growth. They appeared daily like clockwork and achieved the desired result in short order based on humidity measurements taken house-wide over time. Repairs were performed by a large team who showed immense dedication to the project wrt efficiency, and more importantly quality of workmanship. My wife and I are very particular and obsessive/compulsive when it comes to quality of workmanship. Roy did an absolutely perfect job on the flooring with his team, Henri on our stairs, Johan on the tile work, Carlos/Jose with painting, and Paolo, Ibel, and Orlando on their respective components of the restoration. Although it may sound far-fetched, the restoration exceeded our expectations by a considerable margin.
Over the past 40 years my wife and I have owned seven homes and have done many, many restoration and home improvement projects. I can state without hesitation that this company in Tampa is second to none with whom we have worked. We are 100% happy with their service and the restoration result.

The remediation team was hardworking and diligent. They were prompt and on time each day clearing, patient with removal and followed the spore trap report meticulously. Geno, Jukyi, Jose, Reno and Manny made an unexpected situation comfortable and their professionalism is appreciated to include Bob Harrington of indoor air testing, inc.
