Paul has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. He is passionate, caring and he always knows how to cut and color my hair beautifully. My entire family goes to him and we cannot say enough great things about him and his salon. His staff is also exceptional and always makes us feel special. Love this place!

I have been following Paul since I was 3 years old (I am 21 now). He never fails to give me exactly what I ask for and make me feel welcomed to everyone in the room. I refuse to go to anyone else. Amazing service, color, cut, and energy!

I went there after finding Angie on instagram. She is the absolute best! She’s on top of the latest trends and very knowledgeable about products and what would work best. Besides her (she no longer works there, which means I will never go back this to salon) there is nothing nice about this salon. It’s outdated, overpriced and the owner is a complete egomaniac who treats his staff like garbage and doesn’t pay them and verbally abuses them. So yes if you want to go to a salon that will overcharge you, you have to have the creepy owner walk you outside so he can scan a ticket so you can leave the garage, that’s on you. Paul James is a salon that greets you like family! Paul is a literal genius with all types of hair including my numerous cowlicks! Coloring is a specialty! Marlene and Lucas create warmth and execute flawlessly! We travel an hour to go to this salon because we are used to quality cutting and coloring coming from Toronto where trades are strictly trained! So lucky we found this salon!

They are the WORST. Do NOT spend your money here. They act immorally and unethically. I filed a bank claim against their transaction and thankfully the bank took my side.

I have been going to Paul James salon over 15 years. Paul salon salon is 5-star service & haircut! Paul was very informative on the best way to care for my hair, including product recommendations for my specific concerns. He took his time on my long hair. Not only did he give great recommendations on my color and cut, He also took the time to listen to my thought and ideas. He also use all high-quality products and he seriously gave me one of my best color and haircuts I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help. I highly recommend going to this salon.

I recommend this hair salon …. And I can’t recommend enough Jennifer …. Very knowledgeable about the keratin treatment…was very patient and gentle with my frizzy hair …. I came late like almost half a hour to my appointment but she managed to do my hair …. Didn’t feel bored there since she was explaining every step …. Very sweet and classy lady…I got out from the hair salon very satisfied by the service ……also the product was good quality…absolutely not that chemical one that suffocate the customer…going back to this hair salon without any doubt

I had keratin treatment at this place. The stylist was in a super rush to finish doing the treatment. I have done keratin treatments before my hair feels very smooth and nice after treatment even though I have very curly hair. This time it was very frizzy right at the saloon. I even mentioned it to my stylist. I feel it was because the stylist did not give enough time ironing my hair even after seeing how curly it is! It’s just waste of my money.

One of my best friends owns this shop and has always been cutting edge and top of the line.

Viviana my hairdresser was incredible. She consulted with me before doing my keratin treatment on my hair. She Is very knowledgeable professional and experienced. She made suggestions as to what products to continue to keep my hair looking great. She was very quick and gentle and the whole experience from beginning to end was fun as everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves there. There's parking right out front and I was in and out in 90 minutes! Bravo and thank you Viviana!

I did a keratin treatment on my hair. I love it, it's so sleek, shiny, and smooth. I had Lori, she was amazing. Great location and friendly staff.

I've went to this salon 2 months ago for the keratin treatment. When making the appointment they told me not to purchase the Groupon because they wanted to honor the price at the salon. So I just decided purchased the Groupon for a haircut, keratin, and I was going to pay for highlights at their original price. The woman that answered the phone rudely told to have my money refunded from Groupon because they do not accept old clients. I asked why I wasn't told this at the first appointment and why they told me not to purchased from Groupon. I got a sarcastic response that I can go somewhere else. What horrible customer service from a client that tips well and goes to the salon often. I will make sure Groupon is aware of the scan they are pulling. There's plenty of better salons to go to in the area.
