After innumerable frustrations with the horrible attendance and service of this firm, we called its manager (Mr. JOHN), only to be faced by the outmos verbal rudeness, impatience and ungreatfulness.
They didn't deserve our preference and loyalty, nor do they deserve yours.
For your sake: stay away from these guys!
Jason was sent to my home to replace a hose bib due to a leaking spigot. On time. Fast. Friendly. Efficient. I would use this company again.
STAY AWAY! THEY DON'T CARE! Who in a right mind would attach a tape to a wet ceiling? Common sense, anyone? You don't have to be a plumber to know that. Yet Jason assured me that HIS tape WOULD stick. Yeah, righ, see those gorgeous pics attached. The whole thing came down on me in the middle of the night & exposed the whole sewage pipe with dripping sewage. Won't fix with the quote: " we are not carpenters". You're jokesters, for sure.
