It is totally unfair that I pay the rent every month without fail and everything they charge to live here and when I get home from work I have to spend hours looking for a parking spot, today there is a storm and there are several cars driving around looking for a parking spot.parking space in the middle of a storm at this time of the morning, each apartment should have at least one parking space, it doesn't seem fair to have to also pay separately for parking having only one vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this community, there are better ones out there,
Do yourself a favor and don't move here. Worst mistake I ever did, was to sign a lease for 15 months.

We just moved in yesterday. The team was very nice, but they are very understaffed and we experienced some challenges in getting keys, and our unit is not completely ready for us to move in, despite the unit having been posted as available for the beginning of the month move in and we didn’t arrive until the last day of the month. Overall, however, we feel as though this is a great value for the price and the staff has committed to fixing the items that need repair on Monday, and hopefully we get the remaining keys soon! Looking forward to making this our new home.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN HOW PARKING IS BEING HANDLED. There are no reserved spots for residents or a guest parking section. This would be fine if there were enough spots for everyone. But there are not. Most nights, some residents have to park along the curb and make spots for themselves. Long story ahead.

A couple of months ago, I got home from work around 2: 45 AM. There were no spots available after circling the parking lot for 15 minutes. So I decided to park where I'd seen cars park along the curb (out of the way) for the almost 2 years i've lived here. I knew i would get up early in the morning and move into a spot. Imagine my surprise when i came out to my car GONE. The towing company said they were just "following" orders. However, when i followed up with the mgt office (who have always been so helpful and wonderful) I was told they are only supposed to tow if you're in a handicap spot illegally, blocking cars, or in a fire lane. The tow company tried to say even though i wasnt IN the fire lane, i was close enough to the hose lines a fire truck would need to use if they came. Which is code for they just want to make money off of towing cars. In trying to follow up and get an understanding of what are residents supposed to do when there are literally ZERO spots available, I was told to just keep looking for spots, which is not a reasonable answer, or rent a garage for 175 or 200 dollars a month, which is not financially feasable for me. So I took the "L" and $135 later, got my car.

Fast forward to this past weekend where the same exact thing happend. I arrive home around 4AM this time, there are no spots. Me and several other cars are circling the lot. I must've driven around for about 30 mins because there was no way i wanted to go through that again. Eventually i had to give up because no one is leaving at 4: 30 AM. So i park against the curb.this time, somewhere completely different and far away from that "fire hose" but still out of the way. I wrote a note and stuck it on my windshield, saying I'm a resident with nowhere to park and will move in the morning. Hoping for a tow truck driver to have an ounce of understanding. I set an alarm for 6 AM, slept on my couch just so I could be near the window to possibly hear the tow truck if it came. Came out a couple of hours later to move my car. GONE AGAIN. Upon calling the towing company (Tow Pros) the person tells me they were there around the time i got home, and there were several spots in the back (complete lie). I tried to explain that I was told we weren't supposed to be towed unless we were in a handicap, fire lane, or blocking traffic. The person said they'd never heard of that, and i'm the only one who is saying that. I was then told to "put myself in the towing company's position" as it relates them not wasting their money and employees time to come out and flag cars vs towing them.all the while i'm trying to explain being in MY position; someone who actually lives here and is being punished for there not being enough parking. After going back and forth with this person realzing, they simply do not care, I try to set up arrangements to pick up my car. I was told someone would only be at their lot approximately 10-10: 30 ish and then 3: 30-4: 30 ish, and if i couldn't come then, I could pick it up monday morning after 9. I could not believe what i was hearing. I had to call out of work to handle this, which is highly unacceptable! The mgt office was closed, so I'm once again at the mercy of whatever the towing company says. Another uber trip and $135 down the drain.

Plain and simple. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO BE DONE. The mgt team was so understanding. But their hands are tied when it comes to stuff like this, and they can't make changes themselves. There is no reason we as residents should be afraid our cars are not going to be there when we wake up. I think me and anyone else who has had to pay for towing, should get that money taken OFF of our rent. If someone were to ask me about moving in here, I would probably say don't.

Had an issue with one of the maintenance staff but a property manager, Arvin, helped to rectify the situation. Kudos to him. Great representation of management

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. It may look nice in photos and from the outside, but don’t let that fool you. There is absolutely NOT ENOUGH PARKING SPACES for all residents. We pay thousands of dollars a year, have both cars registered and have the stickers on our windshields. My wife gets off work late at night and is not able to find a parking space and has to sit in her car (which is not safe) because we don’t want our car to be towed AGAIN. The management office do not care, the owners do not care. Besides that, any maintenance issue takes 3+ weeks to be fixed, and it is not even fixed correctly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MOVING HERE I’ve been living here for 1 year and a 1 month and parking here has always been a MAJOR issue, there is never enough parking for me and my husband, we have 1 car each which is normal and can never park at this property even when having a sticker and paying thousands of dollars each month. The car ended up towed and had to pay $135 to be able to get it back due to NOT BEING ABLE TO PARK AT OUR HOME and the management office says there is nothing they can do for us, extremely frustrating DO NOT MOVE HERE

Overall, have enjoyed living here! There are nice amenities like a game room, pool, movie theater and 24hr gym.
My move in process was smooth. Apartment was clean and I felt appliances were very modern and up to date.

The service provided by the rental team is regrettable, with a series of errors, lack of commitment, delays, which creates inconvenience and losses for those applying.
Definitely think really before applying here.
We waited 10 days and still didn't hear back from a simple application. We decided to cancel but lost the value of the application, which despite all the errors (which were not ours) was not returned to us. We needed to go to the complex 3 times to see what was happening and we never got a correct response, just postponed dates. It is impossible to get good service in this complex.
My suggestion is that the board urgently review the service team, so that other people do not have the terrible experience we had.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is an utter disaster.
TLDR: Our move in date was pushed back three times with no warning. We were moved into an apartment without any appliances, no AC, with a broken elevator, and infested with roaches while the office has done nothing about it and has ghosted us completely.
Before we moved in, issues arose. Our move in date was pushed back 3x without warning, once only 20mins before we were going to move. At that point, we were too far in to find a different place to stay, so we sucked it up, rescheduled our electric, UHaul, and days off from work for the third time, and made plans to move in the afternoon of September 11th at 3pm. This was also the same day we had to be out of our original apartment, so it was not ideal but we were forced to make it work.
When we arrived, we weren’t even able to get the keys until 6pm because the office stalled us. When we got into the apartment we realized why. The apartment had no appliances. The poor maintenance manager (who was the only helpful person we interacted with) was pulling a fridge from an empty unit upstairs so that we could at least have that, but were was no oven, stove, dishwasher, and we couldn’t use the water in the kitchen sink. Not only that, the air conditioning was broken and the office cut us the wrong keys for the apartment so we were unable to lock our door (even from the inside, as the previous tenants installed a key deadbolt inside that had not been removed). When they switched our unit from the one we originally applied for, we asked if there was a working elevator and were told yes. This was a lie, as our elevator had been broken for two months. We were woefully unprepared for that and were forced to move our furniture up two flights of stairs without assistance we could have accounted for.
As we were beginning to unload, that’s when we saw the roaches. It wasn’t one or two, that’s dismissible. When I say it is infested, I do not say that word lightly. In the hour my roommates and I spent there getting our bearings, I lost count of how many roaches we saw and killed. It was abhorrent, but since we had to be moved out of our original apartment by midnight and the office was closed, there was nothing we could do but continue moving our clothes and food into an uncleaned apartment and sleep on the floor with the roaches.
The next morning, we went to the office to update them. The staff did not seem like they actually cared about what we were dealing and were almost insulting in their indifference. We have remained extremely flexible and patient throughout every bit of this process, not being upset or causing a scene and trying to work with Pavilion so we can all be happy. All we were offered 750$ off of our rent for the following month. Why is this insulting you may ask? Because Pavilion was actively running a promotion in which all move ins in September (except for ours apparently) were getting 750$ off rent. And those people were moving in on time, without broken elevators, into apartments with appliances and no roaches. Between my roommates and I’s three incomes, we lost more money in getting off of work for the extra days than that 750$ covers, not even including the extra expenses such as keeping the Uhaul another day and getting roach supplies. We expressed this to the office, and asked to speak to the regional manager about it because we felt like we have gotten as far as we can with the office staff. They agreed to give us the regional managers contact information. That is when they stopped responding to us. We have gone in person, I have emailed, I have even talked to the manager in person and she will not respond to us or give us that information or put us in contact with anyone. That is why we are finally speaking our about the atrocities we have dealt with here at Pavilion. If they aren’t going to listen to us, we hope that you all at least do.
Take our warning. There were red flags from the beginning we should have heeded but now we are trapped with the lease. Do not move here

I was living there for almost three years, at first it went very well, after a while I started to notice things that I didn't like.
One of the things that I liked when I moved was the price, when I went to do my first renovation the increase seemed too much, but I still had to renew it, I had no option, when I did the second renovation it was the same, the increases they make in The stories are overwhelming.
The common areas and elevators were never cleaned, several times I had to clean the elevator in my building myself because the smell was so disgusting that I had to do it.
Specifically in the building where I lived, apparently I had a problem with the alarm, it was not once nor twice, there were many times that a false alarm made me run out of my house.
The most overwhelming issue was the cockroaches. The amount was exaggerated. I spent a lot of money buying different products to eliminate them but none of them worked. The administration had a fumigation service. They went many times and did it but it never helped.
The garbage collection service was disastrous, many times they stayed up to a week without passing and the response they gave in the administration was 'if the garbage was getting in the way, the best thing I could do was go directly to the garbage can and throw it away' which I never agreed because they charged me monthly for that service.
The administrative staff was the worst, bad work attitude, especially many times I received very bad treatment from Mrs. Jenifer, as far as she went, she was a good tenant, she always paid on time, she rarely went to the office to make a problem, but when she really I had a need, the answer was always something bad, I spent a long time dealing with noisy neighbors, I called the police many times because they wouldn't let me sleep, to be specific, the tenants of 3-312 and the administration never did anything to help me, knowing that they were there.so much about the problem and they didn't care that I had a newborn and the police turned off the music several times.
In general, I do not recommend the complex at all. The bad experiences I had were more than what I enjoyed about the place, how sad that such a nice place is so poorly managed.

I have been searching for a new apartment and wanted to give a shout out to Pavilion at Lake Eve. I toured the apartments and loved them. What I loved more is how I was treated by Jody and her staff. I can not wait to make my move there.

During my tour of this beautiful property the leasing team were so attentive! They answered all of my questions and were so patient with my indecisiveness. I’m looking forward to this being my new home!

Jodie and Eileen have been nothing but helpful when I visited the property. I have friends that live here and will definitely be moving in when my lease is up in February next year!

When I arrived at Pavilion at Lake Eve, I was welcomed into the office by a lady named Jody who treated me like family. She answered all of my questions and immediately made me feel at home. The apartment was amazing, and the hospitality was awesome. It felt just like coming home. Thanks Jody for making my decision easy.
