Pavilion Crossing Dental Care, Riverview FL

Our first visit to these dental clinic was much better than we expected. The front staff was professional and friendly. The dental hygienist was one of the best, if not the best, we have seen, ever. She was caring and provided comfort when needed. Also, she explained every step of the cleaning process in an understandable way. The Dr was very professional and took his time answering all our questions and explained the work needed to provide the best results. We'll continue to seek dental care at this clinic.

I have been going here for several years. By far, this is the best Dental office that I have been to. They are very efficient and professional. They take pride in their work and make sure that the process is seamless. They don’t skip steps when cleaning nor do they rush the process. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen; which is a major bonus. They have flexible hours for appointments.

Met Dr. Jones today for the first time… she was very sweet, personable, and professional. Great care!

I just left my first visit to the Pavilion Crossing office as I am front out of town. I was experiencing extreme pain and needed to get assistance. The staff at this office was excellent, they were kind and seem to have a fun office culture. They were thorough in their diagnosis and treatment options. I am happy I found this office.

First Impressions…My 1st visit was Awesome! The treatment plan was easy to understand (no pressure). The staff is courteous and they made my visit very comfortable. I can now say that I don’t dread going to the dentist. Thank you Dr. Danielle Jones and Ms. Ravin.

This office is very well run with very friendly staff. I have been going here for over six years, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Today's appointment was exactly on time. I have sensitivity, and my hygienist, Grace, is so gentle! All of their hygienists are amazing!

This was my first visit here by referral and even though I found out they don’t take my insurance I decided to stay anyway because I had been looking forward to this visit. Dr Jones and her staff were FABULOUS. Absolutely professional and personable. From the front of the house to the back. They were all upfront and honest which as a healthcare professional myself, I appreciate. I know Dr Jones’ group will get me back on and stay on track and I’m excited. Thank you for a great experience.

THIS OFFICE IS RIDICULOUS. WHY HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE IF THEY ARE TO LAZY TO RUN IT THROUGH? THEY WANT YOU TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT YOUR COVERAGE. I GOT HOME TODAY AND FOUND OUT THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT MY INSURANCE NO PAYING FOR A $800 PARTIAL DENTURE. MY INSURANCE SAID IT WAS 100% COVERED WITH NO OUT OF POCKET COST! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE! PLUS IVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3 WEEKS AND WHEN I WENT IN TODAY AT MY SCHEDULED TIME 10am I WAS TOLD I DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SO I HAD TO LEAVE AND GO BACK AT 1pm TO BE WORKED IN AND STILL LEFT WITH NO FIXED RESULT!

Wow. This has been the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I came in for my treatment so early and they even had starbucks for me, thank you ladies at the front desk you guys are amazing. Best office in riverview for sure:)

The did a remarkable job on my deep teeth cleaning, scheduling my fillings appointment and removing plaque. Very nice and thorough job.

This place will rip you off. They will give you a treatment plan and tell you how much it's going to cost for the "whole" thing, but then when you go back they will say you're first payment was only for a portion of it and go on and change you thousands more. Also after paying for a service and product, the product I was supposed to get never came in. Now they have the audacity to tell me they have to see if I even get a refund. How in the world are they thinking about it, they need to give me my refund since they never gave me what I paid for.

While the staff and actual dental work are quite good, after a few years now of pushing absurd and over-priced recommendations upfront on top of an inability to properly estimate payments before services has really soured me on Pavilion. I realize no one at Pavilion cares but I'll waste my money on dental care for me and my kids elsewhere.

I had a wonderful appointment with an amazing Dental Hygienist named Tammy today. She is incredible and makes you feel comfortable and truly cared for, she is the gold standard.

I hope I can get an appointment with her in the future as she is not permanent but is awesome!

Dr. Albuquerque is also very nice and I am happy he will be my dentist moving forward.

I've never left a dentist office feeling this great about a plan of action for my care. Above and beyond doesn't begin to describe the lengths this office, specifically Jo-Jo, went to help me. I am in awe and speechless. They restore more than enamel here, my faith in humanity for starters.
