Great facilities, friendly staff, excellent emergency pet care. We brought our elderly cat here. She loved the staff, and the care she received.

Dr Johnson is great. She has helped us with 3 of our 4 bearded dragons. Highly recommend her

Changes over the last couple of years make this an ok place to go. Docs are focused on animal care but costs are crazy high and staff doesn't always seem to know status of the day with charts or prices for things.

Even though I misunderstood the appointment time the staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate me later in the day. Everyone was friendly and I had a good experience.

I used Paws when my Penkin duck needed to be seen for a spot in her eye. They took very good care of her and loved on her! It was very nice having a vet so close to my home that would see ducks as they are considered exotic. We had a lovely experience and I would take any of my other pets hear in a heart beat!

Our dog jumped the fence at Preppy Pet in Leesburg and was hit by a car. This happened a month ago. Paws has been treating Layla for several weeks now. They are always very good with her and caring. This has been a very rough month but Paws has made it easier.

What a professional and pleasant staff! From the front desk help, to the Techs and Vets, my newly rescued Pom pup suffered an eye injury. The got him in right away. His eye surgery was successful and ALL at the clinic were extremely helpful. This is his new VET clinic. Thank you Dr. Courtney Johnson for helping Rocky.

Did my clinical labs here for 4 weeks, staff are very professional, kind, and clean. The environment is calm and sterile, with cages that are spacious and comfortable. Very recommended for anyone and everyone.

Service ok. While I was on time/early, did not get seen until 45 min after scheduled. 1st senior exam and Vet did not even listen to lungs or abdomen. Dog has severe collapsing trachea syndrome. Not even addressed. Prices for everything excessively high. $40 for a blood pressure check? Wow not part of senior exam. Fecal exam $40 just for mild loose stool for 1 day. They slid in a $46 medication that was discussed that I would buy outside the clinic for $19.
I'm not cheap when it comes to my dog but the prices are outrageous. Service only fair. Nothing special. I will be looking for another vet regardless if it means having to look farther away regardless of gas prices.

NO WAY Would I ever give this team anything less than a FIVE STAR.

Dr Gonzales is an awesome doctor. She has gone way above and beyond to support us with our elderly dog. Don’t believe the other reviews…this is the place to go in The Villages

They might be a bit pricey but I love my girls vet, Courtney Johnson. She makes it worth the $

Emergency situation w/ my sister in laws families fur baby! They were not a client of paws, these amazing people took all of us (a group of 5) and their beautiful girl lexi right in. They got her comfortable, gave us our precious minutes with her, before we had to say goodbye! The genuine care and compassion, this team showed was amazing! Can not say enough about how impressed we all are with this facility!
To boot the care packet sent to the family was simply heart-felt, warm and loving!
She is greatly missed! However we a a family are so greatful that she was in such great care at the end of her time here!
