Pazzo Italiano Santa Rosa Beach reviews
18Pazzo's never disappoints! Food is always delicious and service is always great! Tasty margarita and godfather with bruschetta for an app! Main meal was chicken marsala (taste better than it looks) and Paccheri Della mamma! Great valentines dinner and love they take reservations!
I have eaten at Pazzo in SRB several times. My chic parm was perfect and delicious.the first time. Husband's seafood pasta was dry and not so delicious. The last 2 times, we ordered chic parm, it was potato chip thin, dry, and overcooked. The sauce was so much better the first time. $55 for barely edible chicken. Last Christmas we took a friend there for her birthday and we were hit up by our server for a charity donation after dinner. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. We were put on the spot in front of our friend so we didn't want to make a scene. I think we're done with Pazzo. Mimmo's is 10 X better.
Nice place, excellent service, and very good food. We shared a Margherita pizza and a small house salad. Perfect! Wood fired pizza with thin crust. We tried a cannoli for dessert. We are very tough critics of canollis and can say this was one of the best restaurant canollis we have had. Highly recommend!
Overpriced and completely disgusting food! We are a local Italian family and ordered the Chicken piccata and it is pressed chicken similar to Jersey Mikes deli meat only thicker! And the sauce tasted like greasy lemons.
The salad had slimy pear shavings with warm old lettuce and the dressing was horrible.
We spent $147.51 for meals we didn’t eat. We won’t be back unless we get paid to eat there to taste the improvement!
The spaghetti marinara, ravioli with vodka sauce & vegetarian Penne were delicious. Even the drinks were strong and tasted great.
This is my favorite Italian restaurant. Best authentic pizza. I love their Zupetta de pecse (sp?)
Talk about a slice of Italy. We were dying for some Italian food, but our part of the county doesn't really have any. We traveled to Destin for the day and went a little further to this gem. We had the Bruschetta, Burratta, a Margharita pizza, and chef special (today's was pasta with shrimp and scallops in a red Pesto type sauce). They were all a huge hit! The Burratta we cut up and put on the Bruschetta, the vinnegar sauce was a sweet type, and my goodness, it was delicious. The Chef's special was the best pasta we have had in a long time, man, their sauce was good. Watching the pizza come out of the brick oven was a great reminder of our time in Sicily. Basil on the pizza was super fresh, crust perfect, and cheese melted just right. We can't wait to go back! The decor in the place was great too, and they had their logo engraved in the table. I really appreciated the wood in-lays.
We really enjoyed the pizza. The bartender waiter was also wonderful. Not many people there when we went in. I would say they are very proud of their wine. $11 a glass for a small poor is a bit much we are not cheap but we do not like throwing our money away either. $4 for a Coke is also quite High considering it's about $0.10 worth of product. We like the pizza hopefully we will be able to order it to go. But it's a wonderful place go see for yourself.
My favorite pizza in this area. Great atmosphere, service, and food. The blackened chicken alfredo was delicious, and the calimari was made out to look as if it were flowers wrapped in a paper cone.
I ordered and was going to be delivered by Door Dash. I was waiting for the order and never heard a knock or the door bell
Then I finally get a text that my order was Delivered. It was sitting outside for almost 20 minutes. I love you food but will never use Doordarsh again. Pizza was so cold.
Pizza was great, authentic Neopolitan crust and San Marzano sauce. Focaccia bread was also excellent.
Our second time eating at Pazzo’s. Great to have a solid Italian restaurant in the area. Plus they offer GF and vegetarian options that actually taste great!
But the best thing about dinner tonight, was the service. Our server, Maria, was AWESOME! She was super friendly, extremely knowledgable about the menu, and did a great job. After being a chef in the industry for 20 years, it’s comforting to see great service and atmosphere like Pazzos this day in age. We do not go out to eat very often, but will definitely make Pazzo’s a return destination for our family.
Keep up the great work!
Had Lasagne and Veal Marsala. The Lasagne was D minus at best and the Veal was an absolute F. It was thin and overcooked with the texture of cardboard. This is a resort town restaurant where they don’t have to depend on return customers. There are much better choices in the area.
Everything about this place is awesome. We’ve eat there numerous times never a bad experience. Pizzas are the best around and wood fired. Best bread and Cesar salads. Highly recommend.
I love coming here. Inside the restaurant is beautiful, the staff is super nice, and food absolutely delicious. It is a little pricey but for the amount of food you get compared to price balances out.
This was our second visit here and both times the food has been amazing. Cozy, elegant atmosphere.
The food is SO GOOD. 10 out of 10. If you are looking for Italian, check it out, you won’t be disappointed!
Service and atmosphere were great! The lasagna was awesome, my daughter had the mussels. She loved them! Highly recommend
