Called earlier to get my pc checked on. Specified it was a gaming PC. Everywhere else in the store and on papers it says $20 for a diagnostic. The gentleman on the phone even said pc diagnostics are free but TV diagnostics are $20. Drove half an hour to this location and was told they charge $20 on gaming PCs too? Ridiculous. They should have said that over the phone or put on their website they charge for gaming PCs. I even said it was a gaming PC. Do not come here if you need a diagnostic.

My work laptop screen cracked and it was a bit of an emergency. Rolando was so great and spent so much time with me to make sure I ordered the right screen. He installed right away and was so kind. I’ll be back for all my computer needs! Thank you!

Went in for a laptop battery replacement it took him about 15 minutes he did it right In front of me and tested it. I would recommend him to anyone that's local. He wasn't even at the shop either he had stepped out for his lunch break but his co-worker called him and he turned back around and was back at the store within 5 minutes that is good customer service.

Very reasonable, good solid advice, we are very happy to have a resource that Rolando has grown to be for us close by.

Came all the way from DAVENPORT to Orlando to have my computer repaired and the service was superb and he took the time and was patient in explaining the programs in a way that I could understand

We have had an 8 year old Mac Airbook laptop restored to near factory specs, after the apple store and Best Buy said we needed to replace the computer they couldn’t fix it. We have also purchased a Dell laptop and it had a problem 30 days later he fixed it under warranty. Excellent service.

I needed a very obscure PC part which they had on hand and the owner gave it to me for free. It was very kind of them and I intend to comeback with any future PC issues. Thank you!

Quick, friendly, and great price.
I work remotely a lot. Dropped my computer in the morning and brought it to a few places. Almost seemed like I needed to just buy a new one but I found this place and got it fixed for a reasonable price before the day was over!
