The Technician was AWESOME! I will definitely use this Company for now on for all my Electronics/Computer needs.

What others wanted to overcharge and keep my laptop for a couple of days was resolved in 20 minutes at the comfort of my home and for much less price.

Diagnosed my computer problem for $35 and turned it around in 24 hours. Turns out my motherboard was toast, so they suggested I buy another computer rather than try and convince me to let them try and fix it.

Johnny came to my apt in Miami Beach, assessed my 2 external HDs and was able to fix one of them pretty easily. I was able to save my data and export it to another drive as our utility tool warned the hard drive was dying. The other external hard drive was a lost cause because I opened it myself (DONT DO THAT!) but luckily I had most if not all of what I needed bc Johnny saved the drive and I also had an additional older backup. So 5 stars and it cost me just $200 where he coulda charged me way more! Cost depends on the issue with your drive of course. So 5 stars for this business for being masters of their craft, on time and very very professional!

Jon was a lifesaver during an emergency situation. There was an error pop up message that wouldn’t go away and it looked as though my computer was in the verge of crashing. I needed my computer for a work event in less than 24 hours and therefore called PC Evolution. Jon assisted me by logging in remotely and fixed the issue in less than a few hours. My event when smoothly and my computer is running perfectly again. Thank you Jon & P. C. Evolution!

Jon was extremely professional and was able to answer my call even on Sunday. As This was an emergency I needed it asap Jon understood and was able to book an appointment almost immediately. He explained what when wrong and was able to fix the issue in about an hour (the following morning it was seamless and super easy). The Price is what mostly everyone else charges so overall its a great service Jon provides.

Apparently they are open 24/7 and do answer when you call. Pricey for the average person; waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than everywhere else I could find but worth it, fast, responsive and quick service.needed help with a bent flash drive; do not throw away your usb drive if you really need the information, it is retrievable; John was able to retrieve all of the information in less than 24 hours; this included the drop off, fix, and return! He knows what he is doing, and it shows. Straight forward and to the point. Highly recommend,:)

PC Evolution Service Techs recently set up a new computer for us and the whole process was excellent and was completed in one go. My data, programs and even the book marks were there. All I had to do was sign in. Highly recommend

I can’t be more grateful with PC Evolution Services. They worked under the clock for me to have everything ready as soon as possible. I trusted this company with the labor of 2 computers. One was cosmetic damage which they fixed properly even though the part was hard to get, and the other one had its SSD changed and they performed a proper tune up. Both computers are working perfectly and the good thing they worked with me to pickup/drop off both computers in no time! Also, they worked my budget out and provided a satisfactory customer service.
