I am so delighted with PC Professor! I used their services to teach me a new, complicated accounting program. I booked personal, one-on-one sessions. Many techies know the program and can "show", but few know how to teach. Howard F.is the best computer instructor I have ever encountered. I was up and running almost immediately. PC Professor has been incredibly helpful in solving any and all of my computer issues. Most recently, they tried incredibly hard to salvage my very old computer that finally stopped working. I ended up purchasing a new computer and Steve was able to somehow spare my pictures and transfer my data from my old, barely functioning computer, to my new one. I am very appreciative of Howard as well for always being so helpful and making sure that my questions and concerns are answered. The rest of the staff is very kind & friendly and the school is very impressive!

Do not sign any contract for classes with this “school” If their classes change schedule and you can no longer complete the program, they will force you to keep paying for classes you never took through threats of extortion. They put 20 hits through to my credit score when i refused to pay for classes i never took and i immediately threatened legal action and they took them down. Go to a reputable school! This school is only a cash scheme!

We needed various in-home work done on 3 computers. PC Professor accommodated our crazy schedule & sent their tech “Bob. ” He arrived on time & orchestrated a symphony of all 3 machines, somehow, being serviced at once, thus eliminating unnecessary dead time. Everything was done efficiently and with perfect results.

I started with A+ and Network plus. I’m now taking the MCSE. This school has given me more than I ever expected it could. From the teachers actually caring about my future to the course ware this has been one of the best experiences.
