You guys brought new life to my computer! I had a Lenovo All In One computer that was less than a year old. It took over 4 minutes to boot up (I hated it). You explained that replacing the standard hard drive in the unit with a SSD drive would dramatically speed up not only the boot time, but everything.

When I picked up the computer, I would have been thrilled if the boot time was around 30 seconds. I was shocked when it booted up and I got on the internet in less than 15 seconds.

Brought my gaming laptop in. Was planning on getting rid of the thing cause of the issues I was having. Highly intelligent, thorough but fast, and above all, honest. If the pc would cost more to fix than replace, he will tell you upfront. That said, he's upgraded and fixed my favorite laptop at minimal costs and expedited time frame every time. He is worth the time and cost without exception.

Allen is AMAZING! My husband all of a sudden cannot get log on to his computer. After these darn updates the computer did not want to read my husbands fingerprint. Ugh, I get my nails done at the nail salon next door and I pass PC Pros all the time. My husband and I get very apprehensive when getting our computer fixed and my brother is usually our guy but this time it cannot be fixed remotely. We finally said lets give PC Pro's a try. Allen got it to work without losing any of his info now hubby is super happy he is able to log on and use his laptop. From reading some of the reviews, it's true Allen's turnaround time is great and he does keep you in the loop via text! Anytime I need a ball park figure on the price Allen is more than happy to give me an approximate quote. Now my computer needs the battery replaced and will definitely bringing it for a change of battery and a nice tune up on my next visit. If you want a reliable computer tech to fix your computer, Allen is the man!
