June 2019, I had been searching for computer repair experts that could handle complicated computer problems for over a year. I had multiple computers. One of which flashed a critical error message then went to the dreaded Blue Screen on startup, every time. I had many years of sensitive data and photos on those machines that I did not want to loose. I called Evan at pcrevive.
Evan was confident he could take care of the problems and he assured me I would not loose those files. He came to house, saved all my files, reformatted an external drive I had to allow the data to go from a Windows system to my MAC. He moved files from 2 old pc's to my Mac. He was professional and patient as he worked, answered my questions, and provided me with guidance and suggestions for future computer use. He gives you a set price so you know exactly what it costs.

Great service!

My business laptop lost the use of the touch pad. Incidentally this has happened on several occasions. I called the manufacturer's technical support service which not only did not solve the issue.it made it the problem worse because tech support's attempt to remedy the problem resulted in the laptop not booting. Instead.upon booting.the laptop would go in to an inescapable.endless diagnostic mode.

The manufacturer suggested that I return the laptop to Best Buy's Geek Squad. The Geek Squad stated that this was a hardware issue and suggested that I send the laptop back to ASUS in Texas. This meant that I would be without the device for at least two to three weeks.

I heard about Evan Otis and PC Revive from a friend of mine. I called Evan and he quickly came to my home and fixed every issue that I had with not only the touch pad but with several other issues that made my computer sluggish.

Even though my computer is still under warrantee. I'm glad that I did not send the computer back to ASUS to have it repaired. WHY?

Because Evan Otis possesses the technical acumen and support expertise that the Asus tech support and Geek Squad personnel will never grasp!

Best PC Repair Guy in PB County. I'm a local Accountant and the other night my home/office Server failed to turn on. In trying to decide on whether it was a power supply or mother board I decide to call around after 9 at night and leave messages so I can plan the next day on what to do. Much to my surprise this gentlemen answered my call. We troubled shooted the hardware issues, discussed costs and came up with a plan for the following day. He arranged his schedule so we could meet and by noon I had a replacement server in place up and running. And at a great price. The best thing about this is that he is very clear on how things work.
