Was looking for a hard to find cable. Ordered what I thought was the correct one. Turned out was not a match, and the correct one was no longer.produced. Jay offered a refund, AND found the correct cable on another website. Customer service like that is just too rare theses days, and I appreciate very much. Great website, super service. Give these folks a try. Very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a charging cable for my tablet from PCCables two months ago and it stopped working. I contacted the company for a replacement and Jay was very kind and helpful. He said he would send out a replacement cable. No questions or hassle. Very pleasant and easy company to work with. Thanks much Jay!

I bought a CANON USB Interface cable and I thought it was not delivered so I asked for a refund, only to find out later the cable had been found and delivered properly. The guys at PC CABLES were always very helpful and Didnt even ask for their money back again, so I got it for free and it was a great cable. I will definitely buy again from this store and would highly recommend this place for your purchases.

I was given an older but good printer, and needed an cable adapter to download to my Windows 10 platform. After receiving a cable from another company that would not connect to W10, I called PCCables and talked with Jay. He assured me that the cables I was purchasing from him would work, and he would talk me through the installation if I needed it. So when I couldn't make the printer work with my computer, I called. About a 1-1/2 hour of conversation and trying several ideas later, and then a subsequent email where he had investigated and found a download for my printer, it all works great. His wife was awaiting him for dinner, and I had only purchased a cable adapter, but he spent the time necessary to make it work. Way beyond the expected or anticipated quality and quantity of customer service, yet it was provided and he stuck with it until my problem was solved. He was patient, informative, helpful, delightful conversationalist, and problem solver. Such customer care and attention is the mark of superb business values and attention. I can only offer the highest praise, gratitude, and recommendation for Jay and my encounter with him. Thank you so much!
