I am buying a home and did not want to invest in a "money pit" with endless repairs. I needed an honest and comprehensive evaluation of the property under consideration. Rafael was recommended by a friend. He was very accommodating with scheduling and did an extensive and thorough inspection. I had requested a 4 point and mold inspection in addition to the usual home inspection. I only wish that my own doctor would do as thorough an examination for me as Rafael did throughout the entire property.
He verbally explained both to me and the seller, the immediate issues that needed to be addressed. He even drove down to Fort Lauderdale to personally deliver the mold samples for study. Within 24 hours I had a written report citing the urgent problem areas as well as a full assessment of the state of the property. Being new to south Florida, I had no idea who to contact for estimates for the repairs which were recommended. Rafael provided me with several contractors who are specialists in each field. Report was available within 2 days online including photos and videos. It was 25 pages. Very satisfied.
