PDQ Ft. Myers (Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy), Fort Myers FL

Went to the drive thru. Close at 9. It's 840. Nobody there. Pull up to the pick up window. Sat for a few minutes. Nobody. Fine. I'll send the kid inside since I wasn't dressed to go inside. 2 fried 5 piece meals large. 1 5 piece spicy. 40 dollars later, I go without because the spicy ones didnt even make it into the bag. The people missed the quality part, both on service, and financially. Hungry now because the man goes without so the woman and child can eat. Not happy at ALL! The fries were room temperature when eaten as soon as the bag made it to the car. Failed all the way around.

It was empty inside, thought they were closing but staff was super nice and food was good. Very similar to Chick fil a.

PDQ is usually very solid, this time no exception. If you have never tried PDQ I think you will be happy with it.

Their food taste horrible and ruined me and my daughters teeth. Fries were way too hard. Horrible service. Don’t come here

PDQ chicken rocks! It’s way Better than chic fil a.this is truly quality fresh awesome chicken sandwiches nuggets n tenders, also the honey mustard is amazing! Great job!

So texture is very important to me. I like my chicken to be crispy with a crunch. Their chicken tenders are phenomenal. Their French fries also have this beautiful crunch when you bite into them and their ranch is very tasty. I pair that meal with a sweet tea and I definitely give it a 5 star because it doesn't make me feel sick afterwards. The reason I mentioned that is because there are other places and I don't want to name them because that wouldn't be nice, but when I eat chicken tenders and french fries at other restaurants most of the time they make me feel really gross afterwards But PDQ does not so that's a win for me absolutely love this place.

Dependable quality and consistent product have this place in my regular lunch rotation. The service is always fast and accurate.
But please try to set the music below 100dB moving forward?

ETA: Posting a review about the music being too loud and their corporate team's reply including the words "wonderful to hear" is some Black Mirror-esque levels of being a mindless shill for BIG CORPORATE DADDY without taking 2 seconds to think for yourself.

Rude worker at the window made a rude comment to my gf about the food she was getting for her and her roommate, and has an eating disorder as it is. Saying some things to joke around with is fine, but you seriously need to watch yourself when you say to someone "That's a lot of food, you're going to eat all of that? " Nobody wants to hear that, especially from an employee of all people. That is inappropriate, be a better person.

Stopped here with a colleague from Engel & Volkers to talk about real estate transactions. Our food was ready in a hurry so it was perfect we were able to make the most of our time. The food was good bathrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

The food was good but the new Mac and cheese is TERRIBLE! We got it as a side for my sons kids meal. It was soup with barely any pasta. I sent it back and 10 mins later they brought back the same thing. The manger did not care nor did nothing to resolve the issue. Not good customer service at all they need a new Mac and cheese recipe.

This food is horrid, cold disgusting chicken and The fries were hard and looked like they had been sitting around for hours. Never coming back

I tried to visit this location at 8: 20pm. The restaurants have signs posted all over the building that are open until “9pm daily”. I sat at the drive thru window for 5-10 minutes while several employees proceeded to clean, pass by, and and ignore me. I understand emergencies happen but have the decency to post a sign or better yet come to the window and speak to your customers when you see them.

Staff here have been repeatedly lazy. Its the only thing i can say. Just because its fast food doesn't mean we want food thats been sitting and cold. Second time happening going to the drive thru. They even had us pull up to the stop sign just for cold food. Tried the new ranch sub would have been great if it was hot and the bread wasnt hard. It sat so long that the wrapper was stuck to the bread. It soaked all the sauce. We just went to taco bell next door didnt even bother going back. If you gonna be that lazy at least pop it in the microwave to make an attempt.
