PDQ Jacksonville (Old St Augustine Rd)

Just passing through on my way home and stoped at the drive-thru to get dinner here, as the Zaxby's line was too long. I'm so glad I did because it was amazing and honestly better than Zaxby's. Service was superb! The lady at the drive-thru was so nice and on point. The food was excellent. I've eaten at this restaurant before at a different location and they were good but at this place it was just outstanding and my son was over the moon about it ️

Food is ALAWAYS on point. PDQs ability to hire competent staff is jaw dropping. I've never had a bad experience at ANY location.

It sucks when you have to eat PDQ fries and spicy sandwich with a old McDonald’s ranch sitting in ur work drawer because every time you order pdq ranch/ sauce they never add to the order.

Fast service and great food. Only reason not 5 stars is that the group said the chicken could be more flavorful. Seems to be modeled after Chick-fil-A and I honestly prefer these fries over Chick-fil-A fries. I got the salad with crispy chicken. Everything everyone got was good, The freestyle machine is always a favorite in my group but they said the mix with a little bit off on it. We would come again.

Staff is always friendly food always good super fast service food on the way to the table before u even get your drink not to bad on prices also

I got the blue cheese chicken sandwich it was delivered or spicy covering on it took it back they told me I was wrong couldn't even

Good food, and great customer service. My complements to management, I went thru the drive thru a few days ago, and the window server (Nathen) was very polite and helpful. When I picked up my order at the window I made it a point to tell him what a wonderful job my wife and I thought he'd done.

Waited in drive thru for 15 min. Got out of line and walked in. Nobody at register and tables filled with people waiting on food. They have good food but it ain't that good. Looks like there's no line next door at Panera.

PDQ in my opinion is far better than Chick-fil-A. I've been saying this to my wife for the last few months and I finally got an opportunity to take her there. Reluctantly, she agreed, do you like the waffle fries better because they were Frontier, and the tenders were better flavored than Chick-fil-A's. I have their new barbecue chicken sandwich oh, it was very messy but good. Barbecue sauce if it's put on too heavy for me usually overpowers entree and I found that to be true here, I just know for next time to order it on the side. The waffle fries we're a lot crispier than what I remember they were but they were very good! They're on point with their. I know it's blasphemy to say that something is better than God's chicken, but in this case it's true.

Great staff that made sure my kids had everything they need to have a wonderful dinner. Tenders were hot and so were the waffle fries. Everything was tasty and plentiful.

Food is good, however, there isn’t a diaper changing station in the men’s restroom. I just had to go out in the rain and change my son. He is soaked, I am soaked and I don’t understand why there isn’t one available.

Stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling home on vacation. We were looking for another popular chicken place but didn’t see it so decided to give PDQ a try. So glad we did! The people were friendly, the food was fast, the place was clean, and most of all the food was great. Definitely recommend.

Love PDQ.so much better than those other places. My favorite is the Buffalo Chicken Sandwhich. Can't wait to try the Zucchini Fries.

We initially wanted to dine in. From the time we ordered and sat down 20 minutes went by so we took it to go. The fries were overdone and the chicken tasted like it was fried in old oil. This was the first experience my husband and I have had here. The staff are professional and courteous and the establishment was clean.

First time there and oh my god was this delicious! Abby was very professional and polite. The shakes are great! Honey chicken is fabulous! No complaints.

Great service and food. Definitely try out the zucchini fries! Incidentally the operating director Lizardo makes this the best PDQ in the area!

Food was decent for a fast food restaurant. My only complaint is the food - chicken tenders and tots taste like it was fried in burnt oil. PDQ is normally on point and I never have an issue, so that's why I'm going with 4 stars. Staff was friendly and dressed professionally. Restroom needs to be cleaned a little better.

Great place to go, and usually very healthy food, with the exception of the zucchini fries but we love them so much. The only issue that we had with our last order plus the fact that we ordered a Cali bowl with chicken breast, and they forgot the chicken breast. Overall the food was still tasty without the meat, and it was too inconvenient to turn around. We really like going there.
