Not such a great PDQ location, the staff is friendly and on point but the food could be much better.

They have waffle fries now! And the honey chicken sandwich is my fave along with the vanilla milkshake!

This location used to be busy. Now, Friday night at 7: 30, we are the only customers. Drink station is missing some flavors, no sweetner for the iced tea, and ketchip pumps havent worked in weeks. Shsme, all the money on the physical plant, and csn't rin it properly

Crispy chicken sandwich was super greasy. Guy at the register was being trained, which according to the manager on duty, means that she and another girl sit back and watch this poor guy do everything. Meanwhile almost every table is dirty, but instead of cleaning this manager (black girl) decides to sit down and have a snack. Apparently she's not training anyone to clean the place. Maybe she needs to be trained some more.

Been here twice and each time through the drive thru my order is wrong. The young lady that took the order was awesome. The quality control, people making the order packing the bag double checking the items including the male manager on duty that duty was useless. Will not be back as the order was an order for one person and it's still wrong. So sad!

Black lady staff there with long deadlock hair is a very good worker. She is polite, friendly and seems very organized.

Very clean, probably my favorite thing is the hand washing station. Would recommend this place to anyone, very calm and employees seem to have everything under control.

It was good, kinda a step above fast food like BK, McDonald's checkers etc. I had 3 piece tender combo w waffle fries. I could only eat 2 tenders because the were big but man of man yummy for my tummy. The buffalo blue was perfect to dunk them in. It was just the right amount of hot&spicy. The waffle fries were great as well but I could only eat 3-4. They had perfect condiment selection malt vinegar for my waffle fries, as well as Frank's red hot ìfyou wanted to bring the heat. Of course there was also the usual variety, so something for everyone. Hubby had crispy ck sand w waffle fries & love it. He also enjoyed my leftovers. There's so many different soda, lemonade, water, juice & milkshake options. It was clean, staff friendly food was ready when we finished getting our drinks. In fact the person was waiting to see where we were going to sit. We'll definitely go back for service, friendliness, cleanliness & fresh hot delicious food

I do not eat this food. Nothing about this type of food is good. The food is not organic. Vegetable oil is poison. The food is not powerful. This is not real food. I have covid-19 we must maintain a strong immune system but not with this type of food. Most people have no clue about nutritional immunology

Great alternative to chick-fil-a when the drive thru over there is backlogged. Also open on Sunday!

First time at PDQ. A great first experience. Efficient and friendly staff. Delicious food. Can't wait until they come to Deerfield Beach.

I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of the food grilled chicken sandwich is great

Growing franchise with a chicken focus that has saucy chicken sandwiches, rice bowls, and Fingers or nuggets. My parents always get the salad, because of the huge chicken bits in em, they give a choice of grilled or fried with every dish, including the salads. They dont servers it has a fast food feel where you go to the counter to pick up food, also theyve never asked for a tip.

I don't know what it was but the chicken tenders were not up to its standards very disappointed the pieces were smaller and was way off in taste.

Very slow service, been waiting 20 mins for my buffalo chicken sandwich. And the salt shakers very greasy

Pros: Good menu. Different from the norm. Good service. Cons: Different types of cookies all packaged the same. Peanut butter cookies are packaged the same as chocolate chip and oatmeal, not good for people with peanut allergies. Forgot an order of fries, and had to get a second chicken sandwich because first sandwich was possibly not thoroughly cooked.

This PDQ is great.
The sandwiches are excellent and the employees are pleasant and accommodating.

Nice, clean, healthy fast food, great salads that are always fresh. Iced tea and green tea is fantastic. Dine in or drive thru, inside is always clean and people are friendly.

I don't love all the recent changes, but it's still a great standard for consistently good fast food chicken, and optional delicious milk shakes (with malt!). I may not love everything they've done but I'll still be back when I'm around and in need of chicken.
