10/ 25/21 The new owners are living proof money does NOT equal class! They STOLE from people on fixed incomes! Not just me. I've never lived anywhere longer 4½ year's in place, barely over 10 in the same state. I've lived here for over 16 year's now, it's been more home than I've known but the new owners have ripped me off on the electric bill not once but TWICE! LIED to us about how bills were to paid which ended up costing me another $150 for an electric deposit because they changed their minds. This place has been more home than I've ever had it's crying shame I'm starting to HATE this place. They're incompetent, lazy & proof money does not equal class. Here's a video showing water overflowing from the septic tank any time you do 2 or more loads of laundry, which doesn't have any hot water to the laundry.

Great impression they left on me. Clean an organization is over the top, I am keeping the resident's property spotless.

The NEW owners are Low life, incompetent THIEVES that don't mind STEALING from people on fixed incomes! Human FECES always on the bathroom walls, toilets un level & leaking, laundry room trash always overflowing, campers that are litterly falling apart! Sewers yes SEWERS, plural overflowing & smelling of human FECES, poor lawn maintenance & did I mention they are incompetent, lying thieves?

Kids that are 2-10 watching themselves as they throw rocks at every single car house people they can. This park is full of trash. Some of the people living there are amazing and super nice but there are those that shouldn't even be allowed to have kids do an they trash the place. There is no MANAGER/MANAGEMENT what so ever like not on call not in park no where. This park has gone down within a short few months. The grass has not been mowed for at least 3 months and it's not up to tenant it's the park responsible. I hate to even wrote a review especially like this one but even when u try to get the place decent or fixed it goes on deaf ears. As well as the parents

Drove out by here to visit a friend in the little 55+ community past there about a week ago while in town. Stayed here many years ago so i had to take a ride around. Was very dissappointed in what i saw. There where kids some that looked like they could of been maybe 3 or 4 running around by themselves older kids running around playing on a semi truck parked there running thru others sites also in front of my car while another stood off to the side throwing rocks at my car and the parked cars in the campers across from them no adults to be seen anywhere. Grass was waist high where there actually was grass trash where there wasnt Some of the campers where so dilapidated they literally had duct tape and plywood holding them together. Was pretty dissappointed. Not sure who left the reviews of this place being cleaned up with the new owners but that was ages ago and some of the campers literally look abandoned. This used to be a decent place.

Me and my son lived there for 18 years alot great times and hard work I remind planting that Christmas tree at at the fork it was a 1 ft tall then I saw the pic of it it looks 20 ft tall now I planted after hurricane Charley it looks beautiful now in the picture I'd like to have a nice picture of it maybe one day and we found are second family there the people that came and went stayed in touch and the smiths treated everyone like they were their own family it was a great place to live highly recommended
