Peaceful Body Spa, Delray Beach FL

I'm going to have surgery in 2 weeks and decided a lymphatic massage would be the best way to prepare my body. This type of massage helps to rid your body of toxins naturally thru your lymph nodes. When you walk in the door of Peaceful Body Spa you are greeted by a very pleasant and happy receptionist (sorry I didn't get his name). His greeting sets the tone of your experience. Maria was waiting for me at the front desk. She took me to the room and explained how the massage worked. It was very relaxing and started working within the hour. You have to drink a lot of water (about a gallon thru out the day) to help flush out the toxins. You will feel so much better and your body will be better prepared for your surgery. I'm going back after my surgery because the body heals faster when your lymph nodes are clear of toxins. The employees are 5 star people who give you 5 star service. I very highly recommend.

My husband and I booked a deep tissue couples massage here and when we made the appointment we asked for massage techs that can do a good deep tissue and cupping. We get to the appointment and the girls that are doing our massage say they are not trained in the cupping. The main reason we booked this place is because cupping is an add on to the massage. So that was the first disappointment. The two ladies were nice and a cute environment but the massage was nothing special, we’ve had many deep tissue massages, and we read this one maybe a six out of 10, definitely was not deep enough

I had a very relaxing prenatal massage with Sheila and it was amazing. Being 27 weeks pregnant, laying on a table could be awkward and uncomfortable (any position is when you’re pregnant) but Sheila made me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed the entire time. I haven’t felt that good in a long time! The entire spa was zen-like without being too much (like some other over the top spas that tend to lose that touch of at-home comfort feel). Just the right amount of calm, coziness and comfort.

This spa is a must for post liposuction massage. The staff are the most professional and this treatment has definitely made a drastic difference in my surgery recovery. Maria is the best!

I paid for the complete massage however I didnt get those stretching, hot stones etc.its just a simple massage and didnt even cover the whole body.

This place is great! Not only is it super cute a relaxing with good vibes but the customer service and the experience is great! From the start I was trying to set up some appointments, I got a call within a few minutes and they helped me structure multiple appointments back to back! Then I was running late due to a plane delay, I called and they were able to move me around so I still had my appointments back to back without any hiccups. Then Nicola was amazing with the facial and all of the information she provided! She helped give me the knowledge to build a routine until o can come back again! EJ gave me my massage and he was amazing! Listened to all of my concerns and worked all my knots out! I would highly recommend everyone is amazing and it’s a great experience!

My 1st time to this Spa was phenomenal, my fiance gifted me the session, which was with John. Funny enough, she asked me if I had an issue because the therapist was a guy, I told her "no, but why did you pick this particular therapist? " She told me that he has like 15 years experience, which I was very pleased to hear. I arrived at the Spa, the aroma and atmosphere when I arrived there was blissful, the front desk rep was very professional and polite. John the massage therapist, hands down gave me the best massage I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing and then the aroma therapy afterwards just kicked it up a few more notches! I would definitely recommend this Spa, and would recommend John 10 times overs! Beyond well worth it!

I was looking for a local day spa & found Peaceful a few months ago. I have been seeing EJ for massages for a few months now. He's great. He really understands my lower back issue and doesn't aggravate the area. His massages are peaceful and relaxing. The spa overall is relaxing and friendly.

On vacation and looking for a relaxing 90 min massage. Peaceful Spa and Sheila did the trick. Felt relaxed just walking in the door. And more so walking out!

Peaceful Body Spa is seriously best! It’s in such a quaint little area in Delray and as soon as you walk in you immediately feel relaxed. Stacy the owner is just the sweetest. You can tell she has worked hard to build such a beautiful business and she just cares so much about her staff and clients. I’ve gotten prenatal massages from Holly and Cheryl. Both are just amazing! I’ve been seeing Cheryl a lot lately and I count down the days til I’m back. Peaceful body is probably one of my favorite places and I’m so glad I started coming here. Also Krystal and Osiel at the front desk are just so pleasant. I will continue to recommend Peaceful Body Spa to anyone and everyone!

I have been getting massages in NJ for many years. I asked for recommendations on Delray and this place has excellent reviews. I went and it was outstanding. The staff, ambiance and will be a place I frequent often.

Really great experience! Maria did an amazing facial in the cutest old house. The room was cozy and comfortable. She explained everything and my skin was glowing after. Highly recommend.

I had a couples massage from Sheila and Cheryl! They were so welcoming and delightful. The massage was 80 minutes and they were very receptive of our muscle tension concerns! The spa was beautifully zen! I highly recommend this place!

Peaceful Body Spa is the BEST in Delray! My partner & myself went for couples massages & had such a great experience. Cheryl & Sheila were our masseuses and they were both attentive, knowledgeable, and great all around! The spa itself was clean & super well-decorated! It's a great location being close to downtown Delray, but not too close to where you can't find parking. I love that they partner with another local business, Zuke's Refillery, for their hand soap, it smelled so good! We'll definitely be back for any massages needed & we can't wait to try a facial next time!

I got a whole body 110min deep tissue massage with Sopita. She is very skilled — I have an ICD implant (basically a huge defibrillator/pacemaker device) and she worked around it while managing to provide an excellent massage. She also asked me about specific tension and provided deep relief in my lower back. Osiel at the front desk was also very kind.

I went for my first massage and it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. The place was very clean and so peaceful. I will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone that wants a massage. Can’t wait to try other services there.

Antonio gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, and he was very experienced and knowledgeable. It was true deep tissue muscle loosening. The massages I’ve had elsewhere don’t even compare. Thank you!

I got a deep tissue massage from Antonio and he is so amazing, made my experience the best possible. I had a muscle in my back that was going numb when I turned or bent forward, that is completely healed after my session. I’ll be back:)
