Peaceful Ridge Dog Park, Davie FL

The park was a good size for the large dog side. The one drawback is you have to bring your own water because it's well water at the park and it's not conducive for your pet drinking

Is nice, not a lot of dogs, but nice. Too bad they open so late. It would be nice if they opened at least at 8am.

There's an area for smaller dogs and larger dogs, each with several 'obstacles' for the dogs to use. Decent size. Bathrooms on site. Just needs to be maintained more frequently with mowing, especially in heavy rain season.
There are also picnic tables inside the dog park, and just outside of it under a pavilion.

Disappointed with this dog park after seeing the pictures and reviews. It is not well maintained. The grass in the dog area was overgrown with weeds. No shade in the small dog area. Decided to walk to the pergola. The path has palm tree branches all over the floor, over growing with weeds as well, and no one mentions the huge piles of construction debris. Did not stayed long as I was concerned that they had not fumigated for ticks or bugs.

Will not be coming back.

Nice little park, meeds more benches and shade area, despite this is a good place to take ur dogs, the major problem is, the maintance people dont cut the grass.we have been going there for a while now and the grass is always high as 12,15,20 inches high.and there is never and i mean never people there w dogs.i believe the grass is the issue why people dont go back there, personaly, i think whoever runs this dog park dont want people to go there.i like to know why.the park is like a ghost park, to see people with dogs there is like finding gold in the middle of flamingo rd.no matter the day.

Peaceful Ridge Dog park is tucked in among all of the plant nurseries on south Flamingo Road. It is open every day from dawn until dusk. This large dog park is fenced in and there are structures for dog agility training. One thing of note is that there are no separate large and small dog areas. People can enjoy the picnic tables as they watch their dogs play. I loved the paw print benches. Other park amenities are a picnic pavilion and restrooms.

In addition to the dog park Peaceful Ridge has a small pond where you can view fish, turtles, and birds. There is also a butterfly garden. The park has room for horse trailers and trails lead off into the bridle path area for hikers. In the rear of the park is an area with huge palm trees that is great for bird watching.

During my visit I enjoyed wildlife watching in the back of the park. The dogs playing were pretty cute too. Although a bit out of the way, this is a great park for both pups and people.

Great dog park. Lots of grass and a seperate small and large dog area. Tends to be slow towards sunset which is nice.

This is a very nice and clean dog park, however some owners are inexperienced and their dogs lack basic etiquette. Be wary if your dog doesn’t like to be chased, jumped on, and mouthed on by a strange dog as he enters the park. I’ve been to several dog parks many many times and had my worst experience there. Some owners seem to think this is “play” and ok.

Really nice off the beaten path dog park. Only one other dog playmate was there at the time, but the facility is A1. WE will return.

Nice park with dog water fountain and separate area for small doggos only if thats needed. We encountered friendly dogs while there.

This is a very nice small dog park. I would have given it a 5, but it needs more shaded areas or a shaded bench.
The large dog side has lots of shade trees, but I have small dogs. I like the fact that they spray the area when no dogs are around. It is a blessing for out-of-state people.

Favorite neighborhood dog park! Well kept and clean, respectful dog owners and never packed, nothing else I could ask for!

It's pretty disturbing that the water you provide for the dogs comes out yellow and when I realized it it was too late and my dog is sick with diarrhea and vomiting. It is shameful and completely disturbing. You guys need to get your act together and provide a safer environment for our pets. Also took water samples to get the water tested.

Lawn could've been mowed a bit down, but it was a Tuesday morning and it didn't get in the way of having some fun with my pup, Nadja!

This dog park is so nice! I love it. It's a little out of the way, but it is spacious and quiet. They have trails to walk and a place for horses. They are lots of obstacles for dogs to play in. There is a separate place for small and large dogs. Small dog park very large.
