Peaceland Properties, Lake Placid FL

Disgusting I have nightmares about that horrible place and that awful drunk man who stole that money from me. Worst thing that ever happened to me!

My wife and I have been renting from Peaceland properties for about 5 years now. We've had 2 different houses and they are among the best to rent from. Mike is friendly and fare. One of the few rental companies that allow pets. Their maintenance man Henry is great. The few repairs we've needed done have been done in a reasonable amount of time. Lightning fried the outside breaker box and was quickly replaced the next morning. I would recommend Peaceland properties to anyone looking for a place to live. I plan on being with them for many more years.

Horrible. First class slumlord. The rent is way off for the area. They charge coastal prices. If the state were to investigate the homes they rent out, most of them would be condemned. Holes in the floor, no smoke detectors, walls separating from the floors, I wouldn't allow my dog to live in these places. They don't fix stuff properly.

My family and I have been renting from Peaceland for about a year now and we really haven’t had any problems with them. The property manager is great, if you tell him that something is broken at your home he sends his maintenance man out right away. I see bad reviews on Peaceland as a company and then I see some people commenting about mike but honestly I don’t understand what they have to complain about because as long as you keep in contact with mike about what’s going wrong at the house your at and you pay your rent you shouldn’t have a problem with him or Peaceland. This is just from my experience as a tenant who pays their rent on time and keeps in contact

Peaceland has done so much for me I am forever indebted to them appreciate everything thing they have ever done.

I would recommend this rental company to prospective tenants. I have firsthand seen the upgrades and quality work going into the homes in the past year, at minimum. I've seen some nice, comfortable and affordable homes offered to highlands county residents! Peaceland cares about their tenants and their employees and customer service is top notch!

My family and I have been tenants of Peaceland for quite some time now, through two different properties. Mike, the manager is really a great guy. He has been extremely helpful and very quick to get any repairs that we have needed done.

We have never had an issue with him or Peaceland Properties. The price of rent is fair for the locations that we have rented. They do not mess with you as far as telling you that you cant do this or that. All they ask is just be a decent tenant, keep your place clean, and pay your rent on time and they leave you alone. Would definitely recommend Peaceland Properties to anybody needing an affordable, decent property to rent.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for affordable rentals in Highlands county. The staff is kind and they are quick and attentive to your needs. They have a lot of different options, as far as rental properties, that have been constantly getting upgrades.

Slumlord, roach infested, wouldn’t repair bathtub leak, air conditioner broken. They need a new property manager.

Mike will do what he says, they have lots of properties so give them a little time if you need something. So far so good. Thank you.

Not sure yet only been on the website but it looks good, low prices, nice places. Gonna definitely check them out.

Hands down worst experience I've ever had as a renter and I hope no one has to go through what I did. They take advantage of low income disabled persons and women. Irresponsible and ignorant to complaints
the roaches the mold it was just awful.: Don't waste your energy or your hard earned money to this trash it's not worth it at all!
