Pearle Vision, Miami Lakes FL

I’ve been coming here for years and every time I go it feels like a family reunion. The staff has been pretty consistent, familiar faces. Everyone is so nice and we have become close over the years. Even though the eye doctor is my last favorite doctor to visit, I always get excited to go and see everyone. Everyone is always extremely polite and welcoming… and of course super professional. I actually moved all the way to homestead a couple heads ago, but still make the drive to miami lakes for my check ups and prescriptions. Worth the drive when you feel so comfortable. Thank you guys for being so awesome.

Pearl vision works was kind welcoming offer water and was willing to go that extra mile to help with my decision on my frame Miami lakes and Sheridan location as well was helpful and i Recommend both locations

I went specifically for reading glasses and wasn't informed they don't have Humana 's frames, and I had to pay $209.00 if I wanted glasses. I was not informed of that when I called to schedule my appointment and specifically said I just needed glasses, nor before the eye exam. This is so deceiving. I can't believe $400. (Allowable amount from Humana, can't cover for some of their frames). I was informed " they don't want their product there, because they are not good quality and the patients will go back to them". That I could use their prescription somewhere else. The service was good, but I felt deceit.

I must say one of the best eye doctors I have ever been to. From front desk to the doctor. Very attentive and super nice. I’m definitely not going anywhere else ️

Hay, I always feel like I am at home. Those guys at the Miami Lakes Pearl Vision are the greatest, if you want to be treated like royalty, this is the place to go. Like they say; “there is no place like home “ and this how they make you feel. So everyone, get on over there and see for yourself. I promise you that you will always return. This place is as crooked as it comes. I specifically asked if they took my medical insurance and was guaranteed that they did. Then I get there after rearranging my entire day to find out that they do not take medical insurance. The lady who had told me they did then tried to manipulate her way into keeping me there and still pay the full amount. They are disgusting and I can't believe they made me waste gas and time to not get any service because they are liars.

My experience was very satisfactory, everyone that work there was very friendly. And Dr. Blauk did an excellent job examining my eyes.

If you trying to use a Medicare or medicaid insurance, don’t go there. They have fixed the prices, so always will be copayments.
Incredible that $400 benefits don’t cover a glasses in this provider.

Awesome service, staff is very customer service centered. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied with their products and services. Dr white is outstanding. I have had glasses all my life and 50 years later I can confidently say their service is second to none.

This is the absolute best place for vision care! I used to go to a much more expensive eye doctor and never got service like what they provide at this Pearle Vision location. Dr. Blanc is so thorough and caring, he really takes his time to be sure the prescription is right. And the rest of the staff is AMAZING as well. They were incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on nearly every pair of glasses in the shop looking for the right ones. Every person who works there has been wonderful each time I have visited. Whatever they’re getting paid, they all deserve a raise! Hands down the best place to go, service like this is rare in South Florida!
