Pearle Vision, Winter Park FL

I recently had an outstanding experience at this eye optical. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Marjan was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great visit. The optician was patient, taking the time to address all my concerns and providing valuable insights. The selection of eyewear was impressive, and the entire process was smooth. I highly recommend this optical for anyone looking for top-notch service and quality eyecare. Truly a 5-star experience!

Easy good experience lot of glasses options at different price points… they don’t have an in person doctor though so you have to get pictures of your eyes taken instead which is a $35 upcharge on the exam

Marjan and Dee took care of me today. They were absolutely great and very thorough in my process to make sure I got taken care of at the highest level of customer service. 1000% recommend them!

I love the flexibility of being able to make appointments. Marjan was amazing! She was so attentive and answered all my questions. She made the process of looking for glasses fun. I love how clean and organized the store was. I would recommend others to come here.

I appreciate the service provided. I was greeted immediately and was able to complete registration prior to arriving. The service providers onsite were great. However, I am not a fan of the telemed eye exam. It may be the way of the future, but it misses the mark if the goal is
customer care.

This used to be my favorite place for glasses up until January 2021. The entire staff has changed and not for the better. I walked into several girls sitting talking loudly and listening to inappropriate music. And it was VERY loud. The doctor was helpful. I wanted to change my frames and the girls were no help. No motivation to help, didn't really want to be there or maybe I was interrupting their lunch. Also they will try to charge you extra here. I know my copays and the copays are on the card. They tried to charge me 80.00 for something and I looked at the girl and left with my child. NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN. PEARL VISION SHOULD REALLY RECONSIDER WHO THEY HIRE!

Update: response to the stores comment. It was absolutely the Winter Park location. As you can read other reviews from 2023, nothing has changed!

Everyone at Pearl Vision went above and beyond. Marjan and Dinelle were wonderful and delightful to be around. The process from start to finish was helpful and easy. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Scam complete scam I did my lens there all the staff had been rude the tricked you. I when with my whole family 3 person 3 year in a row. They are getting worst. Now they have a Latina women that me as a Latino she should be ashamed at the service she gave keep talking with your phone. Karma is so bad. Never more I will keep myself out of that place. The owner or supervisor call me with another trick. Scam.

The best place to get your eyes checked. All of the other eye drs ive called try to nickel and dime you but they don’t. The customer service is amazing! Marjan is the sweetest person ever! Get your eyes checked her

They don't have an eye doctor in the office anymore- he joins you by Zoom- since May 2023 I was just told. This is a horrible business practice. They just lost me and my families eye glasses income over this new business practice. How is this legal/ethical/medically sound? I'm paying for a Doctor in person am I not? What's next Pearl Vison- an A. I. Doctor giving me my prescription? You have sunk to a new low in my eyes.

Will never do business with Pearl Vision again, particularly with this shop. Been using these guys for 6 years, previously with VSP and now Cigna. I bought both optic and prescription sunglasses. Every year I always buy two pairs of glasses. Plus my kids' glasses. I also purchase the "protection plan". Magically I was told I didn't purchase the protection plan for the sunglasses. Why would I buy two pairs of glasses on the same day and only protect one? The lady on the phone was useless. Did not care or try to sympathize. Gave me attitude and even said she would give me 50% off new glasses. No thanks! I will take my business elsewhere.literally anywhere else.

Do not do business with them, if you can get your money back, and run as far as you can from them. They are horrible to deal with.

This store is never opened, they never answer the phone, I have been waiting for my prescription glasses for three months.

I went to the store during business hours and it’s completely dark, closed.

Never return calls, never answer. I feel they are a scam, fraud, and should have their license pulled and be permanently closed by the state.

Excellent customer service, friendly people and my half in-office/virtual eye exam was super easy and efficient. This place is awesome!
