Great staff and a wide selection of glasses are what keep us going back to Pearle Vision in Cape Coral year after year. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone that works there!

Took 15 plus days to arrive and I just hate the fact that I get a machine when I call during open hours. You should answer the phone when I is convienient for me not when it is convienient for you.

Left feeling cheated and scammed. I got an exam for contact lenses only, and I have insurance with a $20.00 copay for the exam.when I went to pay the bill my portion came to $61.00. I inquired about the difference, and they said that is for the fitting fee. This doesn't make sense.would they sell you contacts that do not fit? Shouldn't the exam let them know what size? This was never explained.

I am a new contact warer, six months ago I went to Pearle vision Center and had my eyes examined insurance paid for the eye exam. I was giving three or four different trial sizes to try. They took 2 to 3 weeks to even come in none of them that I tried Help me to read as close to my glasses as possible. I was told that they will not be a sharpe as my glasses I said OK I can understand that but I couldn’t read at all after four different trials. The doctor said that is the best they can do for me, so I ordered a six month supply struggled through The six months with the contacts not being able to read having to use readers to help. My script was up. I decided to try it one more time obviously insurance would not pay for the eye exam so I paid $200 for an eye exam with a new doctor lo and behold. She gave me a couple different trial sizes which again took three weeks to come in one of those is still on back order going on five weeks. The first trial size worked out very well. I was able to read. I was thankful but the contacts were thin hard to handle and they ripped after two days, still waiting on the second trial to come in. I’ve called the company at least three times. Ask if there’s another brand that they could recommend that would be a little bit thicker. I was told the doctor was not in, but I’m on their list and I will talk to the doctor, it’s been three days I left two messages. Nobody returned my call. I still have no idea if the trials are on order or if they’re coming in customer service is below par especially since I had to pay for that second eye exam I’ve been being told that that was the best they can do for me Six months ago. Totally dissatisfied. With customer service.

I was under a tight schedule before moving, they got my broken glasses back to faster than they had estimated. No complaints whatsoever!

During our vacation our son sat down on his glasses and we were in urge to find a shop which can handle our problem. Because of the good reviews we decided to go to this place. And didn’t regret this decision: we had an amazing experience! What a friendly and helpful staff! It took just minutes to fix the glasses. The glasses were quite expensive and we were very happy that they looked like new after the repair. Very professional work, thank you so much - 10 stars!

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at my local Pearl Vision. However, today I visited the store at 12: 48 pm only to be greeted by a locked door and a sign stating they are closed for lunch between 12: 00 and 1: 00. Whoever made this decision needs to rethink it. It doesn’t apply to me, but I am sure many customers come here during their lunch hour, only to waste valuable time and trip!

I recently had new glasses made for me at the Pearl Vision Cape Coral location and was very pleased with the level of service I received. The doctor who conducted the examination was extremely thorough. I have difficult eyes to fit for glasses but the doctor was patient with me trying to determine which lens combination was best. I was also very pleased with the optometrist, Cori, who performed the initial procedures and worked with me to select a frame. She even took pictures of me wearing some frames so I could text them to my wife and get her opinion. She was new to Pearl Vision at the time but you could tell she really knew what she was doing. However, I did have an issue when I first picked up the glasses. The lenses were progressives and after I picked them up I realized that they were not adjusted on my face properly and were irritating my left ear. A few weeks later I tracked down Cori who also works at the Fort Myers location who made better adjustments. They are great glasses.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting an eye doctor that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated with the level of service I received. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it was clear that this was going to be a poor experience.

First and foremost, the waiting area was extremely cramped and disorganized. There were no clear indications of where to check in, and the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I had to wait for an unusually long time before anyone even acknowledged my presence, which left me feeling neglected and ignored.

When I finally got called into the examination room, things didn't get any better. The doctor appeared rushed and uninterested in my concerns. I had a list of questions prepared, but it felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't have the time or patience to address them properly. I was hoping for a thorough examination, but it felt rushed and incomplete.

Moreover, the equipment used during the examination was outdated and in dire need of an upgrade. The technician handling the machines seemed unsure of how to operate them, which made me question the accuracy of the test results. It was clear that the clinic lacked the necessary investment in modern technology and equipment.

To make matters worse, the doctor failed to explain the results of my examination in a clear and understandable manner. They used complex jargon and medical terminology without taking the time to ensure I understood what they were saying. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, as I left the clinic feeling more confused than when I arrived.

The overall atmosphere of the clinic was unwelcoming and lacked professionalism. The staff appeared disorganized and unmotivated, and the lack of communication and empathy was evident throughout my visit. It was apparent that the clinic's focus was on maximizing profit rather than providing quality care to its patients.

I left the eye doctor's office feeling dissatisfied and disheartened. As a patient, I believe it is essential to receive proper care, attention, and clear communication from healthcare professionals. Unfortunately, this clinic fell far short of meeting those expectations.

I strongly advise anyone considering this eye doctor to look elsewhere for their eye care needs. There are undoubtedly better options available that prioritize patient well-being and provide a more positive and professional experience.

What a nice visit, i am here on vacation & needed glasses repaired, walked in & the lady working was so helpful, took the time to repair them & didn't charge me. Customer service at it finest! Definitely recommend this location

Brianna and the rest of the team are amazing! She did everything in her power to get me my new glasses in time for my daughter’s wedding. She was so excited for me that I felt like we were long time friends.

She was very thorough with the exam. She asked me questions no doctor had before. She answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot for asking. She even squashed my fears about glaucoma.

Did the online appointment and check in. Showed up at my appointment time and was told then that they don't take Medicare because they are a franchise. That should be on the booking side so it doesn't make waste our time as well.

From beginning to end this was an enjoyable experience. Great Dr, best eye exam I’ve had. Staff is extremely helpful and fun. Only negative is that they do not have a huge selection of frames to choose from.

What a great experience! Went in looking to buy lenses because we had forgot to bring any and the nice gentleman gave us a sample set of lens for free! We will be back!
