The availability for Teachers is almost impossible! Multiple cancellations all of a sudden. I don't believe this has anything to do with COVID. As of the past few Months, the entire month of March 2021 is blacked out. Why is that? I've been checking for some time now and February was a struggle to get an appointment but March is totally blacked out. So, something has changed with this location for Teachers needing to test but hardly any availability to accommodate our needs. I will be contacting our Union to contact Pearson's Corporate office followed by another contact attempt for the DOE in Tallahassee as well. We need answers! This is ridiculous!

On a positive note, the location is prime! Well kept. I have tested here fot many years oh the completed construction and upgrades are a pleasant change for the building.

As I walked in yesterday into the office, I was trying to check in and my name was not found. Pearson Vue had canceled my appt without any prior notification. I literally drove for 45 min to get there just so I can get from the front desk staff “ we are sorry, we are just the messengers”. They did not even try to find me another appointment. Their best advice was to go ahead and call a 1-888 number. I replied to them, they are not just the “ messengers” they work for the company. You see, if you work for a company regardless of where you are located at, it makes you part of a team. You just don’t blame or point fingers trying to excuse yourself from the lack of customers service from your company. They were not rude at all, but they lacked empathy for customers.
