Stopped in to kill some time while waiting for a flight. Got to test out a couple of ebikes and meet the shop mascot, Moe. Very friendly staff. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area. Nice shop with a good variety and high quality bikes.

All the guys at Pedal Driven are super laid back and make me feel at home. Had my bike serviced and took it for a ride on the trail only to find a new problem with my cassette. The guys took care of me and made my bike feel like new! Definitely recommend supporting local!

These guys remain awesome. Just brought in a bike I purchased for my wife and they helped get it tuned and tailored to her liking. Definitely my first choice for any of my bike needs.

I really enjoyed working with this bike shop. I’m a very picky (but loyal) shopper and want to make sure I’m getting the right blend of expertise, customer service, and pricing. This shop was relaxed and easy going, yet knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Pricing was great. Very communicative and easy to work with! Will definitely be working with them in the future.

Got a Tire tube installed and they didn't even locate what causes the tire to go flat so they changed the tube just for it to go flat again because the needle was still in the tire and they refused to give me a refund the next bike shop i went to located the needle no problem

The best bike service you can get is right under your nose. I’ve been to the shop only 3 times within the last year and all 3 times my expectations were blown away. Lucky to have this local bike shop! Knocked out a brake job on my Super73 in about 15 minutes flat. Prices are fair and the team is super experienced. I’ll be heading back to see them in a few days when my new tubes arrive. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic little bike shop! The team at Pedal Driven did a great job getting my brakes sorted out after 2 other shops I tried failed to fix the exact same issue. They might be a bit of a drive to get to if you dont live in the Sanford area but well worth itbin my opinion.

Noah was a pleasure to work with! I had a chance encounter with him at the shop on a Saturday and was greeted warmly. After a brief chat, he generously offered to provide me with a quote for upgrading my son's front forks and brakes on his E-bike, as well as performing a tune-up on my own bike. What impressed me most was his non-pressure approach and engaging, informative demeanor.

To my surprise, he followed up with me within 30 minutes via text message with a simple, transparent quote for the work I needed done. Although I wasn't in a hurry to have the work done, Noah worked with my schedule to make an appointment.

A couple days later, I dropped off one bike and was pleased to find that the work was completed on the same day. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.

Overall, I highly recommend this shop if you're looking for attentive staff, excellent product knowledge, quick service, and affordable pricing. Thanks to Noah and the team for a fantastic experience, I will be back soon!
