I have been a customer of Pedistat for 5+ years. My son receives most if not all his medical supplies from them to include feeding bags, syringes, diapers, milk, and dozens of other items. Pedistat has always delivered timely and has always tried to offer the best of their assistance with my son's needs. I know that since the pandemic Pedistat like many other businesses have had trouble obtaining the same inventory from their vendors. However, they have always been able to service my needs without fail. They answer my questions, help me work along with the insurance and doctors offices when needed. Yalina Valdez is an exemplary employee. She goes above and beyond to help mothers/patients. Yalina understands the difficult situations and the needs of these children. It is very hard to find someone like Yalina in this area of work. I highly recommend Pedistat. They are always just a telephone call away.

Cythia and hiller are great everything ive needed assistance with they have helped me I would definitely recommend them. Great communication very informative and one of the best resource places.

Adelkis has been my son’s respiratory therapist for years. He has always been helpful, reachable and very kind. Super professional! Also, Pedistad has provided all the respiratory services, ventilator, and all the products that my son has needed for the last 11 years. No complaints. Totally recommended.

My sons have been receiving supplies (including a ventilator) for over 25 years from Pedistat. What can I say about Adelkis and Albert? They have become family. Adelkis is actually on my speed dial! She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and facilitated the whole process. PediStat is the best! They have everything my child needs and costumer service is exceptional.

My granddaughter gets all her medical supplies from PediStat! Their customer service is great, girls are very helpful, the respiratory therapists are very knowledgeable, and the warehouse guys are super respectful and friendly. Great company!

My daughter fell severely ill almost six years ago and PediStat has serviced her medical needs since day one. The girls in the office are professional and very helpful. I’ve NEVER encountered a problem they weren’t willing to help me resolve. Hands down one of the Best!

I have a premature baby with a Gtube and people from this company doesn’t have a heart. Horrible costumer service! No empathy at all.

Horrible service! They should order and send the supplies to the patient home period there’s a order of a doctor and a health insurance that covers for that. So send the supplies and stop making excuses all you need as a agency is employes that knows what they are doing! Us as parents should concern about the care of our kids we are not secretaries and this agency put a lot more stress on us. Medicaid should make an investigation on them from what their sending to the patient the time and what they’re saying is cover or not and charges. Parents my advice is for you to call your Medicaid coordinator and file a complaint. Sigo esperando la leche eso sin contar que no enviaron supplies el mes pasado. Desastre total Medicaid debe de investigar esta agencia padres llamen a sus coordinadores de Medicaid para que hagan su complaint y si tiene Duda de si algo esta cubierto o no llame directamente a su plan medico. Son unos abusadores, ineptos y mal educados el trato al cliente es pesimo.

Where to begin…….
there is ZERO communication about when supplies are on back order or just simply not available.i am waiting on a return call from last week.why do i have to keep calling? How do i have to find out from instagram that there is a trachoe shortage and not from my medical supply company? I call and it’s nothing but attitude.no interest in trying to assist or even giving an alternative option.i had to call 3 times and ask wth is going on and get an attitude right back for them to tell me there is alternative trach options! Why do i have to get mad and ask what options i have? The fact that they are a medical company for children is sad.it started out well in the beginning and then all the foolishness started.i receive wrong supplies, i don’t receive some supplies at all and if i don’t go through my checklist and see what’s on it i would be messed up for that month.i am very and completely dissatisfied with this company and if it wasn’t for needing them another month or 2 i would switch bc i need this to be process to be smooth not stressful and with no communication at all.tell me that things are not in stock.i won’t expect a return call and i will probably have to follow up.
