Pediatric Associates Aventura, Kissimmee FL

Things have gone south after covid. Doctors and staffs are great but very frustrating not being able to see a doctor when your kid is sick, 2-3 days wait in any office, the telemedicine is good, although also long wait and yet not always the solution.

Terrible organization of work
You can make an appointment in 3-4 days, the last time I made an appointment in 4 days.
When we came - they say there is no doctor, come again in 3-4 days

They canceled appointment and did not appoint another instead

Zelcman our favorite doctor, people who work there are very nice and friendly with kids, totally recommend bc we are with them already 7 years

We love Dr. Sredni! She has been treating my son since he was 2. She takes the time to listen and provide options. The office staff is great in the Aventura office

Had an early morning appointment, (most recommended for newborns to limit public interaction) staff was very friendly and pleasantries and immediately directed us to room and wait for the doctor. Dr. Garsva is very professional and kind, had nice conversation during the appointment and happy to answer any questions for new parents

The health care service that Pediatric Associates provide here in Aventura office is Astounding. Specifically Dr Sofia Gorman is Amazing.

The visit was just wow! Something in me never wanted to trade pediatrics associate even I moved to Naples. Excellent

This has nothing to do with the doctors but corporate should be sued for malpractice. They do not know how to work their scheduling system, emails land in spam, customer service is a joke can only read off a script. It’s terrible terrible terrible.

Amazing Marat Zeltsman experience every visit! His team is always friendly and manage kids and parents in a respectful and pleasant manner whether they are sick or well, stressed or happy. Thank you.

It’s incredibly frustrating to not be seen until 1.5 hours after your scheduled appt time. Get your act together.

Sloppy and unprofessional. Messed up on lab results, leaving my child waiting for results in pain for days. Had to go to emergency room after all.

I used to like going here for the convenience but my last couple of visits where disappointing. I had a 7: 45 WELL VISIT appointment got there before they opened at 7: 30am I was the first patient so no excuse on wait times or being backed up.i was seen by my provider at 8: 40 in the room who spoke a mile a minute and did not seem to have genuine care. After waiting for the nurse (who I could hear laughing up a storm about her weekend and school closures) to give my son a shot we left at 8: 50am. It’s absolutely unprofessional to put your personal conversations ahead of patients time I will be looking for other practices I do not recommend this place at all if you value your time.

Dr. Marat Zeltsman is a great specialist, very polite. We were very pleased with the results of our son's visit to him.

So today I had a bad experience with one of the nurses that gave the injections she has blonde hair, pink sweater and pink flamingo key chain. She was very rough while giving the injections even though she was told to take her time. This nurse was not gentle and tried to invaded my privacy. Other than that the rest of the staff is ok.
