Pediatric Associates' customer service is excellent and Dr. Rosa Gaud has been taking care of us for years, my children and I adore her. Thanks to all the team.

We delayed a little, I imagined because we were new, checking the insurance and many sick children, the flu began to attack early this new year 2024, I am fascinated by the center, its location, its staff, its facilities IT IS GREAT

The doctors are great but appointment times are a joke, plan to show up on time and then wait another hour plus in the waiting room, then add up to another 30 minutes of sitting in the exam room for the doctor. If you are a busy working parent I would not recommend this practice, if you have the time to spare, then this place is good.

They canceled my appointment without telling me. I drove over an hour and ended up waiting for another hour just to get no where. I would use the words (unprofessional and irresponsible) to describe this institution

First impression when I called to make the first appointment the customer services was a 20 stars. When I arrived to the clinic, the area very clean, the front desk staff very nice and explained me step by step while I waiting. My appointment was exactly at the time that they scheduled. The nurse very nice and very patient. Dr. Saladriaga uff she is the best Pediatrician I met. I should met her before. My daughter was very comfortable with her and they wait she treat her that was addorable.

I would give zero stars if I was given the option. My daughter was diagnosed with very painful strep on a Wednesday, it is now Friday and I still do not have access the antibiotics that she was prescribed. I’ve been in constant communication with the office since the day of the appointment and have been told numerous times that this was being taken care of. My family has been coming to this office for almost four years, and now we will never return. Do better for our children. This is an embarrassment on your part, and I will make sure no child I know will ever come to this practice.

I had my first new patient appointment with my daughter with Dr. Gaud this week.
We were more than satisfied with the experience, from the person at the reception, the medical assistant, and the Dr. They are all super professional. The doctor is a tremendous human being, and as a doctor she is excellent. My daughter was a new patient and has a few health problems, she took the time to listen to us and document everything. The treatment for us was exceptional. The consultation took a total of an hour and a half, at no time did we feel pressured and he listened to us at all times.
I went to see Dr. Gaud as a new patient due to an insurance change, and the only thing I regret is not having seen her before!

Today was my very first visit with the office and I was overall very impressed with the staff and how friendly & respectful they were with child and myself especially with my son who sometimes may be a little nervous to come to the doctors. The office was very clean and welcoming with presentation and how they carried the office! Will be bringing my son for further appointments!
