If you don’t mind waiting 1 plus hours every time with your sick kid - then it’s a place for you. 50 min on hold on the phone to get a person - no joke.

Office called us to cancel our appointment 3 hr prior our scheduled time, after 45 min on hold I couldn’t get anyone to explain the reason. Now they are sending us alert for no show fee. Every time we go (arriving 15 min early) we don’t see the doctor until 1hour 15 min average after the scheduled appointment time. I’m no longer taking my kid there. No child deserves to sit for over an hour to be seen. Come on! Those are sick kids they need to be seen and taken care of. Very unprofessional. We were patients for over 2 years and I never had a good experience! Enough is enough. Now we are with baycare medical group and always get seen on time!

After seeing the recent negative reviews, I feel the need to share some positivity about this office. Yes, within the last year the wait times did get long. Covid caused many health offices & businesses to have longer than normal wait times, but not all people are willing to be understanding about that. This office & staff noticed the problem & worked diligently to fix that issue, & found a solution that has worked. Your children will not receive the care this staff offers anywhere else. My two children, for the most part, see Dr. Williams & Dr. Wildcatt but if I ever need a quick appt & they are booked, I never worry that my children wont receive the same outstanding care from another provider. I can't say enough good things about this office & the staff. I am surprised at the lack of understanding from other parents.

Their call line is horrible. Kept messing up my son's prescription.took over a month to get it. On this last call the lady said ok hold on im going to contact the dr. I ended up on hold for 20 mins.then another lady answered as if I just called in. She put me back in the main menu! I have had nothing but trouble and each time I have to call in it gets worse.

The “pediatrician” spent the entire appointment discussing a topic that has NOTHING to do with my child’s health, and then orders labs that have NOTHING to do with my child’s health. Seems as though anyone can be a doctor these days.what a joke. I will never come here again.

Great staff. Check in/ check out, nurse and Dr.were very thorough and friendly. Unfortunately, extremely long wait time. We usually book afternoon appointments, and get 5 star care. But, today I needed a sick visit for my 15 mon old. We called and scheduled a 930am appt. We waited 70 min.before being called back.
I'm definitely gonna stick to afternoon appointments from now on.

Best doctors office i’ve been to. Very caring and patient staff and Dr. Williams does great at making sure the patient is comfortable. Office building is nice and clean on the inside and out.

Love love love this location! Everyone is so nice from the time I walk in the Receptionist to the MA's and the Doctor's! Everyone is friendly and greet you with a pleasant smile soon as you walk in. I recommend this Doctor's Office to anyone who's looking for that outstanding customer service with friendly staff!

All of my children go here and my granddaughter as well. The staff is awesome. Dr Kober is always great with the kids.

Wonderful experience with our son since birth! Very patient and informative about vaccine questions/concerns. Excellent personalities for a pediatric office for both adults and kids and we never wait long with an appointment.

Since my daughter's birth she has been treated by many of the doctors at this practice and has always received excellent treatment and care.

Absolutley love this place. They are opened 365. I called at 5: 30am on labor day and they answered the phone and addressed my concerns. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Office is clean. Dr. Celia Williams gives me faith in pediatricians again. I've had very bad experiences at other practices. She is kind, caring, thorough and knowledgeable. She makes us feel like our kids our the only kids she treats. (And they love her)

Amazing doctors, Dr. Wildcatt is great and knowledgeable! The office is clean and separated by sick and well sides and accommodate newborns first thing in the morning! Highly recommend!

I've moved out here 6 months ago and this entire staff from the front desk to the pediatricians are nothing but professional. They're the chicfila of ALL Pediatricians I've ever taken my kids to. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was born and they have been amazing. Dr. Kobar is amazing and my daughter loves him

Excellent care, from the doctors to the clinical staff. Terry Kober in particular always allays any concerns we may have and makes us feel as if our children are always the number 1 priority.

1st time there.scheduling was easy! Clean waiting room and front desk was pretty friendly! Loved the doctor and we were in and out! Would definitely recommend

I started care at this office for my 3 month that had a bad cold. And the 2 times I have taken her the staff has been phenomenal! They are so professional and truly care about your child’s well being. The doctors listen to your concerns and actually care, you never feel rushed. I absolutely love this office and happy to had found them.

So far so good! We are always seen quickly with very little to no wait, staff is always courteous and very pleasant, and they are very accommodating with the schedule when I’ve called to get my daughter in on short notice. No complaints from this mama! Dr. Williams is our go-to but the other providers we have seen are great as well:)

Love the fact that they are open Saturdays, this is so great for working parents. You guys have made the life of working parents much easier by doing that, THANK YOU! Also Dr. Celia Williams is great!
