This is the worst Dentist to go to in Homestead. Been there 3 times at the time of my appointment and when I get there, the girl in the front tells me that there's no appointment. She's the same one that told me the other 2 times I went that the appointment was canceled without notice. This is ridiculous. The staff is extremely rude, they only speak spanish. No one tried to help me out. They were quick to brush me off. Also, I noticed 8 different charges to my kids insurance on their behalf but mind you my kids were only seen ONCE at this dentist. So how is it that they are charging the insurance with no care for real? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST! Make sure to check your billing on the insurance because they will get you. My daughter was an emergency patient last week and they didn't want to treat her because according to them she didn't have an appointment (which she did) and when we went home I had to rush her to the hospital because the abscess on her gums popped. My attorney is involved and so is the better business bureau. NEVER AGAIN!

Very good attention from the medical staff, excellent treatment with patients. Delighted with today's attention.

My children have had 3 appointments scheduled and confirmed, and when we get to the office they tell me we do not have an appointment. No manager in sight and nobody knows anything. Terrible service. Definitely do not recommend

Pediatric dental is really good all my kids go there, they have a great team those lady's work fast & good my daughter went in for cleaning but after reviewing her pictures she needed teeth to be removed dentist said give her 30mins and it will get done same day I was happy 20mins later we was called back in to start my daughter feel so much better thank you

Bien triste te llaman miles de veces para la cita.llegas antes de la hora indicada.y después me he pasado una hora entera esperando a q atiendan a mi hijo.so sad. I don't know what's wrong but after 1 hour here I don't want to come back.the place is to dirty.the walls are without paint.and stink.all workers are chatting all the time and don't solve any problem. I do not recommend this pediatric clinic for your kids.

Appointment time was at 1: 00 PM. I arrived and went right in to the back. The ladies in the front and back were all super nice and did an awesome job attending my kids. We were in and out in an hour. Record timing for 4 kids.

My daughter is 3yrs old and it was her first dental appt they were amazing. And I was shocked at how calm and well she did. Great job!

Incredibly difficult to park before 10am. Everyone in the Department is friendly. But there is a strange, slightly unpleasant smell when you enter the reception. The first time the wait was horrible. More than 1 hour. But on the second occasion it was almost empty so I had no wait.

Sonia and Miguel are awesome they were very professional with my kids for anyone looking to do dental work and their young ones i totally recommend this place.

I a mother of 4 kids and my kids love pediatric dental of homestead because they're are friendly and very comfortable and helpful. I love going to dental office sometimes it quick and sometimes it information about their teeth.

Today I had an appointment with my child at the dental pediatrician and I was treated by the workers of that identity and by the assistant Lauren Gonzale and the other team and I have no complaints from the workers, excellent work

Front desk and doctors exceptional.i had a bad experience today with the x ray technician, my daughter is 4 years old and she tried to take impression and my daughter was crying and I was trying to calm my child and everytime she tried and my daughter don’t let her she will get upset and told me I cannot work like this.she did not have any patience at all that a pediatric dentistry so you work with kids I felt very stressed, they need to learn how to be patient and how to work with kids

Excellent and super fast, Alba is wonderful and super affectionate with children; I have a 4-year-old baby and it's the first time she hasn't cried at the dentist. Super recommended

They are all very good and they treat you very well and the truth is my daughter was very scared but the doctor made her feel very calm.

I loved how Elianys connected with my baby, very loving and professional in what she does.
