We had a very negative experience, I would stay away from this doctor. She wasted 2 months of our time just to let us know that she wouldn’t treat my daughter. The doctor doesn’t listen or let me finish talking, she is completely unprofessional. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a doctor.

Service was quick and check in easy. Doctor was accommodating and I recommend 100% for your child.

Please whatever you do don't bring your child to this place if you don't want to be mistreated it seen that that's a trending everywhere you go. Btw their side hustle is selling masks what a joke of place 0 respect.

She is very professional, and very helpful; she has a vibrant personality and I really liked her taking care of my daughter so I scheduled an appointment for myself as well, very happy with this doctor and clinic

We are so grateful to have found Dr. Lal! She quickly helped us to start correcting my young sons vision, and he really liked her as well (which is a plus) She put the drops right in and he didn’t even react. That was impressive! Thank you

This doctor is really great at what she does we had going to other doctors and they kept giving me the run around once I found doctor lal she really explained everything and knew what the problem was with my daughter and fixed it right away. Dr. Lal Was great and efficient. She saw my daughter and I loved her so much that I made my own appointment. Totally recommend her and the office. I am a nurse in the pediatric ER and I deal with a lot of doctors and children and families. This doctor is very professional, a great specialist and a great option for the entire family.

Came to office with our paperwork done and chexk in was less than 5 minutes.very efficient office and very easy if you follow instructions. My time is valuable and this office understands that. Highly recommend.

OMG a horrible customer service the front desk person super rude! She wanted to charge me for the mask and also she didn’t explain me why they want to charge the vision test …? I only wanted to check my baby’s eyes and do normal test.and then if Necessary and if she needs glasses or not then I can pay the 60 more or whatever to prescribe glasses… I read the reviews of bad customer service… and totally true! STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE… they don’t treat people as humans and yells and throw the door! I found out that the person that I spoke to is the doctor! So sad that this provider is treating patients like that!

We arrived prepared and got seen early! So happy with this office. So efficient and doctor was very helpful. Nice clean office too!

Search far and wide! Came from Miami Gardens to come here to see the best eye physician ever! She is very good and office is efficient.come prepared and you will see how fast your checkin is! Love the office! High tech and clean!

Run from this office, if your are educate person person this a not the place for you. First appointment the front person dont know how to treat people specially mothers with kids she was very rude I dont even know how put people like her to work with patient, dont get early to your appointment because she will tell you that your are to early, she try to sold me a mask for $2 saying that is mandatory to wear a mask even my kid have to wear the mask my son is a 3 years old baby and have need wear a mask because he dont like it. This was really bad experience the worst I ever had with a doctor office.

Want to charge me 50 dollars. I never see a doctor. They cancel the appointment now they want me to pay 50 dollars because it was a same day cancellation due to insurance issues

This this this doctor is very good. She is the best with kids. She knows what she's doing and prescribed a treatment plan that was perfect for our child. His vision vision is great and hes doing so much better in school thanks to her. She spends a lot of time explaining The exam in a way that we can understand.
