I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Pinky Brown. She has been a huge help and advocate in getting a special medical device needed to help my son with bone growth. She has kept me up to date with the insurance approval process which hasn’t been easy! I am truly grateful for how she has gone above and beyond to help us.

PHCA should probably remove the word CARE from their name as they do not understand what it means. They keep changing the rules without any proper notification to parents. The newest scheduling policy to call for sick appointment every morning is a nightmare. To top it, the doctor was unavailable for our regular scheduled visit and nobody bothered to inform us. When we arrived they inform us the doctor is on vacation and ask us to reschedule with.a different doctor. Note their online system allowed us to checkin even though the doctor is on leave. We rescheduled now but unfortunately for the next apppointment my kid had fell sick and so when we called in to reschedule, admin now says there is a 25 usd charge. How am i to control when my kid falls sick? Stay away from this practice. You have been warned!

I have been taking mi kids to Pediatric Alliance since I moved to this area. I am very pleased with the service and help I had received from them. My sons Pediatrician is great. Specially all the girls on the office and nurses are very friendly and helpful. They are always helping me out in anything I need for my two kids. I could not ask for more. Big shout out to Pinky, Janelly, Selena and Jackie and the others for all you do!

The Medical Assistant did not introduce her self which is call (manners). I Believe her name is Laura Aguinaga because that’s what I see in the shot record where it says issue by: . She treated my 5 year old like an adult. She needs to be more patient and have different ways of how to communicate and approach kids for them to better understand and follow instructions and not waiting for the parent to intervene and remind her that she was talking to a 5 year old. When i told her I worked as a medical assistant in pediatrics and told her she needs to approach kids in different ways then she kind of stop and realized she wasn’t patient with my kid and that I will say something. They do things in a rush and we as parents forget to bring up concerns because we see them in such a rush, that is not a good impression Not impress with the whole visit. The receptionist was polite.

The new protocol for scheduling does not make sense. You can only schedule appointment for the same day. If the time doesn't work, you have to call the next day to schedule. I have never seen any place doing scheduling like this. We have full time jobs and very busy schedules. We don't have time to call in every day to see if there is a time that would work for us. Please change back to a normal scheduling protocol. We would really appreciate it. We have been with Dr. Patel for 13 years.

Pediatric Health care Alliance, This name used to be true. As of now I think the word "Care" needs to be removed because I don't feel they understand the meaning of the word any longer. We have been with them as primary since my kids were born 18 years ago, I am sad to say that Some of the Nurses and front office members at this location are rude. Specifically, the triage Nurse is the worst, she may as well just came out and called me a "Liar". THE WORST experience since 18 years. The service has declined over the years but this was the worst. I am soooo disappointed to say that I am having to look for a different provider after 18 years of taking my 3 kids to this location. They did not even make an effort to understand the issue and maybe suggest an understanding, they did not even seems to care that all 3 of my kids had been with them for 18 + years.

Abysmal customer service. Called, get routed to a call center that transfers you to the office, doesn't relay any info. I hate when people pick up the phone and sound like you're bothering them. Didn't even say goodbye, just hung up.

I know that this office has transition and went through a lot of changes but I can say always good, always polite and always professional. I have no issues. Thank you all for the good service!

Pediatric Health Care Alliance is the best place for children health. I had to get some paperwork signed urgently for my child to try out soccer. Despite a heavy workload, the nurses understood my situation and (more importantly) that of my child to help me get the paperwork signed in 30 minutes. These people are the most empathetic ever. Thanks.

I really Love this place I will recommended the employees are so polite and my son Doctor Patel he is the best!

Not only is the crew extremely empathetic, they made my daughter feel great about herself and delivered the kindest and most gentle care. My daughter was especially fond of Mrs. Beth, who made the shot less scary by talking about their shared love of seashells. Dr. Wilkins was extremely precise and made sure I understood everything. 10/10.

Terrible. Rude, make your child feel unimportant. Make you feel bad for asking questions. Make you feel like your a nuisance. Literally have had better encounters with anybody else anywhere else for any other reason this is the worst experience not for just child care but any industry or service period in our life. Will never come back to this location again and will make sure to advise anyone else to steer clear aswell the staff here needs to be reconditioned for guest/patient services. Never had any issues at the Carrollwood location service was top notch.

Dr. Jaydeep Patel is a wonderful doctor. He is soft spoken and is explains things thoroughly.

Not a great practice. My son goes here but he's seen many different Dr's. Whenever we have a concern or question and call NO ONE helps us because we cant give them the name of his "doctors" because he never sees the same one.

We love our experience so far at pediatric alliance! Dr Herrygeras and Beth are amazing. Both have incredible bedside manner and are very knowledgeable. My children are well taken care of every time by the staff and there’s never a wait. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating as well. The location is also very convenient which is a plus! Keep doing a great job!

Pleasant. Efficicient. Capable. You won’t need a 2nd opinion. This pediatrician is not something to grumble about. Great with the kiddos.

I am very thankful for the pediatric team. I am always able to get the same-day Appt either during normal business hours or their evening hours. All the providers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend Pediatric health care, their offices are all over the place and if your child is never seen at their new location, they will still see you for the same today Appt.

Laura and Erin, NPs at the Wesley Chapel office are amazing. We have had wonderful experiences with both of them and request to see either at our next appointments! Never rushed, approachable, gentle with our little one, and realistic! We feel so lucky to have found this office and these providers. I should add we have taken our baby in for a sick visit on the weekend and during the week in addition to her regular check ups, all with great customer service and great care by front desk staff and assistants/nurses prior to being seen by a physician or NP.

Loved my experience here. The whole Staff is wonderful. My kids felt taken care of. Doctor was patiente with each one my kids and she took care of each kid individually with patience and care. Love it here!

We went in for a 2 yr wellness visit. The Dr.never touched my son to examine or check for milestones. Staff was busy taking photos and unconcerned about my concerns. Disgusting experience.
