Office staff and physicians are phenomenal! Everyone is friendly knowledgeable, and caring. The physician we saw was able to answer all our questions and help put my mind at ease! 100% recommend!

Such a horrible experience. My daughter got hurt and needed to see orthopedic after getting an MRI. After more than 10 phone calls, 3 voicemails, speaking with an intake rep twice, nothing. It's been exactly one week after MRI was done and I haven't heard anything. Since MRI was clear, ended up rehabbing her myself.

It is terrible to know that the main pediatric orthopedic office in town is this unreliable and unprofessional. Don't wish this stress on anyone.

Receptionist was so nice, doctor was nice, nurses were nice. Not a long wait, cast looks good. Had a note all ready for school.

The staff there is very rude. Instead of concentrating on the patient needs they like to argue. I won’t ever take my child there. If they can’t even have a professional phone call I wouldn’t trust them to have a professional in person experience.

We visited the practice and saw Dr. Hariharan who was recommended with regard to the curvature in my son's spine. From the start of the appointment, Dr. Hariharan was every personable and continued to provide helpful information during the evaluation. I was pleased with our visit and would recommend the practice to others.

The doctors are great! But the staff in the front and some in the back are extremely rude and unprofessional! And they tell you different things, one person told me one thing and so I believed it then I get a call saying I can’t bring my son back for his care with the doctor until I pay my back account even tho the rude person in front is the one that told me the doctors don’t past pay with insurance so I told the insurance initially they said no need to go back 3 months Bc the doctors won’t do it anyway, now we have insurance and they are mad that the insurance didn’t go back for the whole treatment plan Bc of what the girl told me, and after the call saying unless the insurance went back all the way he wasn’t allowed to come back for his next appointment even tho the girl told me that wasn’t even possible, I even got the insurance To go back 3 months and they still wasn’t happy, if the rude girl in the beginning wasn’t mean n hatful telling me the doctors won’t let the insurance go back they would of, (he was being treated for a break and could need surgery). Now my son who has insurance to pay for the visit next cannot get his care he needs there.it’s a shame Bc the doctors and PA’s are so awesome! I hv been there like 7 times for appointments n medical staff was great but front staff is always rude, some of them have no business working around children period.

Dr. Hariharan did an excellent job caring for my son's broken wrists. We received the best care we could have hoped for. He took the time to explain each step of the process. The staff was helpful and quick.

This office is amazing! Highly recommend to any parent needing a reliable friendly pediatric orthopedic office!

Just had my 3 yo son in to see the orthopedic group with a broken humerus. Absolutely outstanding care from the registration staff, the nurse, the radiology staff, the practitioner, and the staff that splinted him. Very quick visit, everyone with a smile and very comfortable environment for a young child with his first injury. Thank you for making an otherwise unfortunate visit into a great experience for my little guy!

I showed up with my daughter for an appt.and was told they didn't have it in their system. I was told to go to the hospital across the way. Glad I had them look into it, they eventually found it but the appt.was for 1015 and not 9 which I was told my appt.time. Needed to rescheudle because they told me I still had to wait another hour-pretty bad patient service.

Very happy and pleased with services. Dr. Arun Hariharan very nice and made sure everything was addressed and any questions we had were answered would recommend this office.

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 17. Dr. Hariharan explained that it was mild and due to her age it wouldn’t get worse since she is done growing. At this point there is nothing to do unless she starts having back pain. He advised if this happens to notify him immediately. The doctor and staff were very pleasant to work with.

My daughter had an odd break near the joint on her finger, that required a very delicate and precise repair. Having dealt with a few Orthopedic Surgeons in the past, due to my own injuries, I can say with great confidence that Dr. Hariharan’s knowledge and abilities are second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a fantastic surgeon.

Furthermore, the staff was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Ruggles and everyone at Pediatric Orthopedics is absolutely wonderful! It's not very often that you come across a Doctor who truly cares about his patient. Dr. Ruggles is that Doctor! We trust him so much that even though hes out of network for my insurance we will continue to see him, no matter the cost! He is gentle, kind, and caring. Something that is hard to find these days in any profession. The staff was also very professional and helpful from billing to check in, to x ray tech. Everyone was wonderful! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a pediatric orthopedics clinic.

I have visited the practice on many occasions with 2 different children. I have the utmost respect for the doctors and staff who work to make our loved ones well.

Dr. Ruggles and his staff have been amazing with the care provided for my son. He had a very serious knee injury that required admission into the hospital and immediate surgery. From the start Dr. Ruggles took the time out to explain every detail of surgery, post-op care and recovery, followed up continuously and address all of our concerns. They are an extremely busy practice which means some things require a follow up but I cannot compliment them enough on our expectations being exceeded. I would highly recommend Dr. Ruggles and his staff. Thank you for everything!

The entire team goes above and beyond. The staff is efficient, friendly, and functional. It is not fast food, it is healthcare that is very complex. Go, relax, let them get the job done. My son has been healed, twice, that is all that matters. A+

All 4 of my boys have been to this office throughout the years, for multiple orthopedic issues! Dr. Shannon performed the surgeries on both knees for one of my sons. He is now on his way to start his career in the Navy!
