Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine of Florida LLC

Was referred to this group by my son’s pediatrician. Have been calling for days to set up the appointment but no one has answered the phone… Really terrible reception…

The providers here genuinely care about their patients and the care provided. They, along with their office staff, always go above and beyond to ensure families understand the treatment plan and are comfortable with it, along with providing guidance and extensive education, when needed. The office atmosphere is positive and energetic. They offer multiple procedures and services to ensure the patient is receiving the best care, all at one place.

This office has been nothing but kind and professional. Many of our players are patients here. Due to the nature of the sport, many of our players require documentation regarding pre-medication prior to activity. The office staff have always been responsive and efficient in completing forms and documentation needed in a timely manner. Every interaction with the physicians and staff have been positive.

I love the entire staff. They are caring, professional and work very hard. Even with being so short staffed, like the rest of the Country. I wouldn't trust my childs care with any other pulmonologist.

First of all Dr. Meang is amazing but you can never get a message returned. The front staff office is awful and rude. I have been calling for days to get a message to the doctor and they just tell me leave a message on the nurses voicemail and then no one calls back. How hard can it be to get a hold of your PEDIATRIC doctor?

I don't understand how a specialist clinic like this one doesn't worry about patient appointments, I couldn't keep the appointment I had with my Child and I've been calling several days in advance and they don't answer the phone. Nor have they been interested in knowing why she missed her appointment with the doctor because they neither call nor answer the calls.
