I have been seeing Dr. Leiba since I was an infant, and he is still the best doctor I have ever had. He has a sense of humor and truly cares for his patients.

I love it there the doctors are very attentive and they have awesome bedside manners and I can always leave feeling confident that my son is cared for.

I’ve been bringing my son to Dr. Ulrich for years. I love her outlook and I appreciate everything she does. My son gets excellent care.

Beyond upset! We have been with peds for almost 9 years with Lea, after a billing issue and an attempt to get it fixed on the insurance side as well, we only received 1 phone call from the office telling us we had to get it fixed or we would have to pay. We just received a letter in the mail discharging us as patient over this bill! We've never had any balance or any type of issue like this and it happens once and they discharge us! Unreal! Mind you I have no issue paying it, but wanted to get it fixed through insurance first if possible. Now my daughter has lost the only dr she's known her whole life over a small bill, I wonder if these Dr's even know what the practice managers are doing!

Doctor Ulrich is excellent. She is very caring and professional and takes her time with the visit even when they are extremely busy.

We love Ms. Lea! She is very knowledgeable, is a great listener and sympathetic, and seems to genuinely care about your child. The office is always impeccable and the staff are always smiling and ready to help. The only thing we wish is that the wait would be shorter, but we love this office so much that it more than makes up for it. Over all, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric office.

We have been seeing Dr. Kennedy for 5 years and he is fantastic but since the office moved to the Privia medical record software they claim I had a balance which was not a lot. I asked what the bill was for and could not get an answer from the staff. We just got a discharge letter telling us to find another doctor. After 5 years with Dr. Kennedy we get discharged over $127. I would be happy to pay it, I just wanted to know what it's for. I also wonder if Dr. Kennedy even knows his office management is discharging us. My review is only reflective of the office manager as Dr. Kennedy's medical knowledge and bedside manner are terrific.

My son has been going here since he was born and that was 16 years ago, love the drs here and the nurses and staff are all just as amazing. Clean facility, short wait times on most visits

The Melbourne location on Hibiscus has become a pathetic joke. Calling their office gets about the same results as sending a paper airplane upwind into a fire and hoping somebody reads it and returns a call! You can leave a message on the web portal but you will only get a timely response if you are requesting a medical provider call you, otherwise it takes days or weeks before anyone returns your calls. Just go to the Rockledge office, the staff their takes care of their patients. I just wish our provider was at that office!

So I called about two weeks ago had to pick up my son from day care with an almost 102 fever and seeing if the dr could see him and I left a voicemail and no call back what’s so ever even now still no phone call back I called again today bc my son has had multiple ear infections and had a fever this morning and called four times and left voicemails and no still has called back, the drs here don’t care the staff don’t care. Within the time we have taken him here his dr said he’s deaf, delayed and told him he was fine at his normal check up and a day later we ended up at urgent care and he was not fine had a double ear infection. Not pleased with this place go somewhere else that’s what I’m doing.

Love love love pediatrics in Brevard. As a first time mom, I want to feel heard. And the NPs are just that. They make you feel comfortable and that your opinion matters.

If it wasn't for Dr. Nguyen and his MA being so attentive and thorough I would have left the office. No one answers the phone or returns messages, it is now 4: 25pm and I have been calling since 9: 45am to make appointments as both my children (3&1.5) are sick. Guess ill try again tomorrow morning.

This place is amazing have been going since 2002 with my children, and now my grandkids. Awesome people and very helpful love this place.
