My mother took me here when I was about 15 or 16 years old and they gave me a questionnaire talking about mental illnesses I put I have harmed myself in the pass and was honest about how I was feeling, well when the doctor eventually saw it she asked me if I was hearing voices to which I said no and then told me I NEED to go to a mental hospital or the police was going to arrest me I didn’t remember the doctors name but she was Hispanic with a light skin tone, had glasses, puffy cheeks, and old. She made me feel worse honestly and so did the hospital I went to.

We have been going to this practice for about 2 years now. Dr. Umeh is AMAZING! The nurse at OBT is also amazing! I always feel like I’m being heard and listened too. Sometimes our wait time is a bit longer but they still take there time with us. Only negative at this location is, it is a little older and can use a remodel, other than that we can’t complain.

My children are new patients at this location. This week has been a super intense one with one of them. After leaving a message and receiving no response. Today I had to communicate with them again but I was attended by the nurse Ivy Guitierrez. I have to thank her for all her help and kindness. He answered all my questions, got me my son's results and helped me with the referral I needed. The same day he called me back with everything resolved. Thank you very much Ivy Guitierrez! Pediatrics of Central Florida needs more employees like you!

We have been going here for a few years now and while the pediatricians themselves are usually helpful and nice, the receptionist is the perpetual epitome of the exact opposite characteristics. She is unnecessarily abrasive and unhelpful to the point of utter rudeness.
