The email confirmation for appointments have the wrong phone number in the heading but the accurate number is under "Appointment Details". When I made them aware of this, they said they knew about it and moved on. The appointments don't clearly specify weather it's Telehealth or in person. Would not recommend them
It took quite a few times to get someone to answer the phone in the Miami and Pembroke Pines office. When I called the Boca office Lena Figueroa was the only one who answered the phone a few times. So we drove to Boca from Pembroke Pines for my son's appointment. We were seen by a nice NP. She sent him for an ultrasound which we were able to do that day. We had a follow up appointment with a doctor for 2 weeks out. I called the office and asked if we can get a sooner appointment for the results. Two ladies couldn't help me and they were very abrupt. Who can wait 2 weeks for a test result? I called the Boca office and Lena scheduled me an appointment for 2 days later. She was so compassionate and understanding towards me. If it wasn't for her I was ready to find another office. Dr. Alam was absolutely amazing. He answered my questions with care and compassion. He was so patient with me and didn't rush me at all. He is so sweet and calm. Thank you again Lena for actually caring about others feelings and getting me a sooner appointment.

It is impossible to get ahold of the Boca Raton office. It's ridiculous! Every time I need to make an appointment over the phone it's a nightmare! Management, please do something! 2/28/23 Update: 4 months have passed since I left my review and they responded. Nothing has changed. It continues to be impossible to make a simple appointment because no one ever answer the phone.
I made an appointment for me son. I did not know they would charge a $697 for new patient fee on top of charging a procedure fee.
If I could give zero I would. They made us wait over 3 hours to be seen then when in office the Doctor was walking around talking loud about all the patients and telling the nurse to make sure to order his lunch and get the dressing he likes. Very unprofessional. Only saw the Doc for maybe 10 minutes and he brushed off my questions and concerns felt like he was rushing to get to his salad after telling me slightly bad news about my 3 months olds condition. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY. Won't even mention how much they charged me.
Getting in contact with this office is nearly IMPOSSIBLE. No one answer the phone! I should have NEVER done my son’s circumcision here because in an emergency no one is picking up the phone and this is not the first time they don’t ever. I’ve tried calling many times and all the different extensions. I don’t understand.
Can NEVER EVER get a hold of anyone to make an appointment. This is ridiculous. The Mangers should be fired immediately.
I am writing this review specifically in regards to Dr. Donohoe. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was efficient and kind throughout the visit. The office staff was nice. The office walls are thin and we could hear every patient interaction other than our own. However, we will go anywhere that Dr. Donohoe practices. He is exceptional.

Old for insurance to over procedure worst place ever
Have been trying to get a diagnostic and procedure code from then after they gave me an incredibly hard time about my sons insurance because he was a newborn and not showing on the policy yet. We had to pay out of pocket! Now they will not answer the phone for to get us the correct codes to submit to insurance! So frustrating because I spent 1200 dollars in the middle of the pandemic that I didn’t have!
If I could I would not even give 1 star. I did setup an apt for my son on March 10th In the morning and when it came the day of the appt, I arrived at the office and it was closed, no one answered the phone. My son was absent from school for that supposed appt and on top of that I work overnight, I had worked the night before the appt, so I was exhausted. I’m very very disappointed with this office, I’m never going back there.
It is just not possible to make an appointment.
There is only one person who is doing appointments for new patients.
