It very disgraceful to have this men Pedro Carvajal working as a “Doctor” a person who has no ethics. He gave me a wrong diagnosis and make do physical therapy in his office just for one reason MONEY.

Now 4 months after this unjustifiable situation I got a BILL saying that I owe him money when I already paid in full all my copayments, what kind of men is he?
He should REFUND ME all the money I spent for his wrong diagnosis.

What a shame to have this men living among us

About two years ago I went due to a lower back injury. For about 6 months I couldn’t bend down to to even put a sock on without crying in pain. After a lot of pain medication I decided to give in and check this place out since my primary doctor recommended this facility. Immediately they did X-rays and found the issue. With only two PT sessions and a personal pt sheet to do at home I was good as new. My disk was able to go back in place. Because of the amazing team and staff the process was not only quick and helpful but I was able to enlist in the military and do my training without issue. Thank you so much Dr. Carvajal and thank you to the great staff as well!

My father of 80 years old was made to wait an hour and a half after his set appointment time. Dr. Carvajal was disrespectful in how he spoke and approached my father and his ailments. Do not recommend this place at all.

Don't recommend this Doctor, he makes all his patients to stand outside, he made an elderly lady in a walker go outside in the heat to wait for them to call her. The staff is very unprofessional and the receptionist is rude. If he gets his money from seeing his patients, he should also accommodate his patients in the reception area.

The doctor was pretty friendly, not bad. But the front office is a joke. She has been very rude to me since my initial visit. I am not sure what she is angry about. In my first visit when I asked her, if I could get access to my X-ray, her reply sounded very rude. Definitely the wrong person to sit at the front desk. They need to be kind, friendly, treat every one with respect and make people comfortable. It was totally opposite. I have been having stiff neck for a while and decided to visit this place based on my colleague's referral. Doctor recommended a few sessions of PT and Juan, the physical therapist was awesome.

I did cancel my PT sessions twice on the same day morning as I was feeling sore and couldn't really wake up from my bed. They did not tell me anything about the no-show $25 fee when I called and cancelled on the same day. But when I finally go for my 4th visit and I was talking to another woman at the front desk, this woman interrupts our conversation and tells me she is going to charge me $25 (in a very rude tone, disrespectful as if she was punishing me for something bad). I felt humiliated and I was really angry and I cancelled all my follow-ups. In retaliation, she charged me another $25 no-show because I was cancelling the 4th session for the way she treated me. How can you treat your patients like this? You should be shameful. No one should have to go through this. Never saw this happen in USA!

The doctor was right there when the conversation was happening and he did not even bother to say something. For this, I hold the doctor accountable for not having good staff at his front desk.

Advice to the management.
1) Treat patients with respect.
2) Send reminders/text message to patients about their appointments. No one in this digital age calls their patients a day before to remind them.
3) Bother to ask patients why they are not able to make it if they have cancelled for some reason.
4) If the patient has an appointment with a particular Physical therapist and they are out of office, you have an obligation to let the patient know. Don't expect every patient will be okay to do a session with a different PT. I came for a third session and realized the PT was out of office and I had to leave, wasting my time. BTW, unlike how you treated me, I never even complained about it.
5) When you expect the patients to pay their copay before having the PT session, make sure the front desk window is open or at least have a desk call bell, if you are not available. You literally had the front desk window close for the 2 visits when I wanted to pay. On my 4th visit, I was told to pay the money before I could have the session. They gave me a feeling as if I was intentionally ignoring to pay the co-pay. Look at your camera feed and see how each time I tried to pay my co-pay before having the session and how you guys had it closed.

WOW, Went to see Dr. Carvajal about my knee. He told me that my knee was stable and to stop using brace. And, that if I didn't feel better to come back and see him. So, I made an appointment a few days ago and his staff didn't say anything. Today I called to confirm that they had received my referral for my appointment scheduled for tomorrow. They spoke to the doctor and he didn't want to see me, referring me to a doctor that I can't see because of my insurance. How absolutely unprofessional can a doctor be? He seemed nice but that was obviously a mask. I wake up with knee pain 4-6 times nightly causing my insomnia to get worse. And, now I have to find a new doctor to start all over again. I would recommend for anyone to find another doctor, as this office is highly questionable and very unprofessional. Stay away.
