1.how do you mess up a simple delivery order? Was i spending too much money? Just put the fried rice in the bag!

perfect reminder of why human beings cant be trusted with food.i have to call my bank and dispute this transaction Monday morning because uber eats doesnt have a customer care center that operates in good faith, or drivers that are smart enough to confirm or check the order is missing an item.or an entree.nevermind the utensils! Or the tip!

i dont know who dropped the ball on this one, and to be frank, i dont really care.the rideshare industry is a problem in itself.a negative customer experience like this is.enough to leave a pronounced taste in my mouth, far more pungent than those gratuitous amounts of scallion.

Food & Service was fantastic! Our order came out super fast and it was delicious! Prices are affordable. Bry, the lady at the order counter, was working so hard to keep the restaurant clean and service the other guests! We’ll be back!

Excellent location love the vibe here, if you ever get the chance eat here look for Jo she made my experience well worth the drive out here. Food is amazing came out quick, fresh, and delicious!

Listen this is the best place to be for lunch I love their food it is cooked to perfection and it’s quick love this place will most definitely come back and when you come look for Jo she’s the absolute best

Checked online before driving 30 minutes to PeiWei, only to find out the staff had closed early due to no customers.

I called restaurant around 8: 15 to place a pick up order while driving there.
The girl that answered the phoned, said they decided to close early because of no customers.

Definitely call to make sure they are open.

The wait was excessive (45 minutes). I ordered for three people to go and waited in line because the guy at the register was taking an phone order. That alone took 15 minutes. Once he was done with the customer on the phone, he took my order. After that, I noticed that all orders are prepared before those for “in store” customers (I.e, phone orders and app orders). So although the food is good, the service was horrible. Too dad!

This Pei Wei is such a great place to eat. It’s always fresh and made to order. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Jackie the manager and Jo are both so kind and hardworking. They work with our food sensitivities without issue. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

It was reopened after shutdown for quite long time. It is convenient and affordable in pbg. I only order takeout.

First time eating here. The food was excellent (sesame chicken) at a very reasonable price. Staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was very clean. We will be looking for a Pei Wei near home.and return here next time in town

Never noticed this gem of a spot, Fantastic and delicious food and ridiculously good service. Renequa is an asset to Pew Wei and we watched her whilst waiting for our food single handedly handling a dinner rush on her own with a hardworking kitchen crew. Give that girl a raise! We will be eating here a lot more frequently!

Ordered gluten free burden chicken with brown rice and it was disappointing. Chicken was really fatty, sauce so sweet and rice was crunchy. What happened? The food is normally good. No longer a five star

Service very good. However the food is terrible. We ordered orange chicken and chicken with broccoli. My whole family, kids and adults with indigestion. Something it's wrong with the cooking or the spices. Terrible experience.

Pretty mediocre food, especially considering my expectations were already pretty low. I got the Kung Pao Chicken and some fried rice. The price is way too high for this low quality food.

Best experience in a restaurant in a long time. The food was incredible, but the girls taking the order and helping me with my choice were incredible. Will be back.

This is my fav lunch spot in the PGA Area, great food, great staff and fast service! Some of the workers recognize me from time to time and makes you welcomed!

I spent $45 here and didn’t like a single thing. I want a refund ASAP. The noodles tasted like they were dipped in water and then topped with soy sauce.the orange chicken tastes like candy since it’s so sweet. I’m not sure what is wrong with this location but I am so unhappy. Next time I’ll be sure to just get Panda Express.
