Pelican Condominiums, New Smyrna Beach FL

We stayed there in for a week during December. Rooms were kept clean and outside sea view is really good.

The only complaint i have is with the doorlock keypad. It times out by the time you enter 10 digit code. I had to call customer service to get it resolved.

I have a disability and have a service animal. Service animals are apparently not allowed on the pool deck (although it is Florida law that service animals are allowed on pool decks but not within the pool). I could not spend any time at the pool because I have to be with my service Animal at all times. Was denied the relaxation of being at the pool. Will not be coming back.

So clean and a good place! The two swimming pools are kept in a very good state! Very easy access to the beach!

Love the condo and owner we rent from. However, last visit one pool stayed out of service whole ten days we were there (definitely needed, pool overcrowded whole visit) and trees being cut the whole first weekend before 9A.

There are two pools and only one was open our entire stay, very crowded with only one pool, the pull out couch smelled like pee bad and they took it and never brought a replacement. There are no signs indicating “no jumping” and they singled my family out while there were tons of other people jumping n such. The beach gate wouldn’t open half the time either. We came here a couple years back and decided to come back and it has went downhill majorly! So disappointed for the amount my family paid much better options in the area!

This was a beautiful relaxing experience. Quiet and secluded. Truly a Hidden gem
