Dr. Perez is a great dentist. She just put an implant in and did a wonderful job. She’s very caring and shows concern as she works. Her staff, especially Jackie, is very friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give zero stars I would. Specifically told them my son was in pain.they had a waiting room full of children yet I was told they don’t do pediatrics. Also, on their website it states you have the option to go back with your child but Office policy explicitly prohibits you going back with your child. When asking why I was not allowed back I was told four different times to go elsewhere. I finally agreed to let them take x-rays and do an exam at which point I was once again referred elsewhere. I have been in dentistry 25 years. I have never witnessed a child cleaning done with a Q-tip as this one was please for the love of God stay clear and find a different dentist.
I have been coming to Pelican Dental for so long and I absolutely enjoy their care and service. I would absolutely recommend it.
