Pelican Lot reviews
6I remember a time when all the parking downtown was free! This is a new lot that has both level 2 and 3 chargers for electric cars but parking is no longer free. If you're going to the pier go here, since you really don't have any other choice.
A rip off across from the hotel. $30 to park 13 hours. Had to get up at 7 am.on Saturday to not get a ticket. To park from 7 to 11 am wouodve been another $25. $55 for less than 24 hours? When I went to move the vehicle in the morning, there was a bloody lady outside needing to use a phone because someone beat her and stole her car. That shouldn't happen if you're charging $55 for less than 34 hours. No better than the theives that stole that woman's car.
Being close to the pier and having sheltered parking is quite good. It is fairly inexpensive to park here.
If you aren't from here, make absolute sure that you park in unmarked spaces because you will get a parking ticket otherwise. Not totally clear. We paid at a pay to park kiosk and thought we were in correct spaces but apparently we're incorrect and when we called they pretty much said too bad. Lesson learned.seems like a money making scam for tourists. Wonder how much money they make on the daily from this
Great to drive to this lot, if you want to view sunrise with a short walk.
We visited our In-Laws for New Years and we were invited to watch the city's fireworks display, phenomenal 38 minute lightshow! Wow!
