I was recommended to pelican Marine biology mechanics who I befriended. The sales process was very smooth and easy. But the trouble started when you need to do your service lack of planning lack of customer care lack of doing the job properly has left me more than disappointed if I was any boat buyer I would look somewhere else

They have all the parts we need for our boats kind of by the way but it's better than going to Walmart

The worst customer service around pasco county, the parts guy was by far the rudest person he could possibly be, went in to get a prop and was rude to me the entire time, very unprofessional, I will never shop here and will never recommend anyone else here, source one marine is where it’s at! They actually know what they are talking about and what they are doing! The parts guy at pelican marine couldn’t even explain what the difference in pitch is for my outboard

I've been doing business with the guys in parts and service for years never once have I had to order anything they are very well stocked and very knowledgeable!

Had a great experience with this very good & honest business. Went in thinking a new prop would help my boats performance, but being at its top end already, they were straight up with me and stated another prop wouldn't help me. They could have easily sold me a new prop that wouldn't have helped me instead of being honest and educating me with a little more knowledge I didn't have.

The worst is all I can say. The left hand doesn’t know what the rights doing. How can a business take information, confirm the information, speak with a guest about the information in three different occasions to confirm. The very next conversation not 2 hours later say, “ are you sure you ordered from here, I don’t have your information” horrible horrible customer service. Spend your money with a better company. Do not waste your time with this company. I would go to West Marine before I call this company.

I purchased a boat on consignment. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Communication was great, especially with Marie. I've worked with other dealers in the past and consider Pelican a cut above the rest. Great family-owned business run by people who have worked there for years and enjoy what they do.

Always nice and super helpful. So far they have had anything I needed and at great prices for the area

This is the best Yamaha parts marina I have ever been to they had what I needed in stock and they are very helpful and good people.

Over the last two years of boat ownership, there hasn’t been a piece of our outboard that these guys don’t carry in stock. Their prices are very fair and they are always efficient, in and out with everything you need in no time. Will never go anywhere else for our boat part needs.

Great experience when purchasing our boat. Service Department is second to none. Very responsive to service requests.

Good selection of parts in stock. Customer service skills aren't the greatest. The (2 older) gentlemen running the place can be moody. Don't seem to excited about actually working. If your dropping off a boat for service make sure you call first. They get grouchy and are a bit rude if you just show up (even though the website States nothing about prior notice or appointment only). Overall, okay place.

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service. Helped us get a new motor with an amazing promotion. Highly recommend!

behind a parts counter is so helpful. I walk in there they know my name. Awesome service fair prices. Huge inventory don’t let the size fool you they have just about everything in stock, and on their occasion they don’t usually next day.
