Pelican's SnoBalls-Jacksonville Beach

Came here for a quick desert after walking around the beach with the kids. They had PLENTY of flavors to choose from, and areas to sit down. Service was quick, luckily got there before the line started picking up. I went with a shaved ice flavor that was recommended from the employee! Definitely will be coming back when I’m in the area again

Drove an hour and a half leaving from St Simon Island tonight in Georgia alllll the way to pelicans because my boyfriend and I love it and haven’t had it in forever. Pull in at 6: 21pm they DONT close till 7pm and the lights are off in the front of the store and are on in the back near the bathrooms. There was a girl wandering around and kept looking at my car, then turned all the lights off and was mopping in the dark! Ridiculous I drove so far out of my way for NO reason! They close whenever they want so make sure you call before you drive over an hour or drive at all to this location. I’m sure the business will respond to this with some excuse.

This is our absolute favorite place to go in the world well at least in Jacksonville LOL they have the best shaved ice over 100 flavors and you get a stuffed with ice cream in the middle and on top it's absolutely to die for

It's a taste of home. I went the first day they opened and will keep going.lots of flavors to choose from.

We're in Jacksonville for a short vacation and saw this place when we were leaving the beach. So we came back the next day after dinner. Me, my husband, and our kids loved it. So many options and love that the place is walk up. Next time we're in town, we will come back.

Josh and Brady were awesome. I have celiac and they made a call to the owner about ingredients for the brown butter bourbon ice cream. It had gluten and it made my ordering easier! The young man who took our order commented in his favorite, which is what I ordered—strawberry cheesecake, YUM! These boys were so kind and gracious hosts at Pelican’s—We’ll definitely return!

The ice is so good here! My favorites are sweet Cherry, cherry cola, and red raspberry! Add some ice cream and boom - awesome!

Took 30 mins to get a snowball with only one person in front of me in line… workers did not want to take orders they just talked inside the building.

Love skyline best flavor ever plus cream. My daughter gets pretty princess. I highly recommend if your in the mood for cold and sweat after the beach or park with the kiddos.

The inside is NOT OPEN unlike the pictures make it seem. You have to pay $275 to be allowed inside because they only allow parties inside. The pictures make this extremely misleading and this is not stated anywhere. This is extremely misleading.

My daughter took me here & bought me a Beach Bum. The girls heard her tell me she was buying since it was my birthday. When the order was ready they had made me a Birthday Cake Snocone also! So sweet & very yummy!

It was quick to order and receive our food even with a line! Everything came out correctly and was served beautifully.

I absolutely love this place! My husband runs delivery in the area and we always have to stop for one! Irresistible. There needs to be more of these around. Nothing like a sweet treat like this on a hot day.we have too many of those.

They have some of the best snowballs I've ever tasted! So flavorful the ice taste sooo smooth and creamy if you can imagine The portions are nice the seating area is so chill

Stopped here on Wed after hanging out at the beach. So delish! My pup enjoyed his pup cup as well.

Good but not like they use to be. Not enough juice and the cups are terrible paper cups. Will still go back but won't make a extra trip to do it.
