Just purchased a pair of sperrys online from peltz… or so I thought. Turns out the order was cancelled and not fulfilled. I’d assume it was because the discount was too great and they would lose money. The total was only about $25 for a pair of Sperry casual shoes which Kev been waiting weeks for. Come to find out they’ll never arrive and order is cancelled. I requested a discount code for the inconvenience because I returned a different shoe that was similar thinking these were coming.

The employees were nice but there was an $84.95 sale sign on a box with a shoe on it. My husband liked the show and found one that fit. We went to the register and when they rung us up she said that will be $155. I looked at her and said the sign says $84.95 and took her to it. She informed us it was for a different colored shoe like we had. WHAT? Half the price for the same shoe in a different color!? ! I asked her why was that shoe on the sign then? She said she would get a manager. That manager said she didn't have the authority because the store manager was actually in the store. So she paged the store manager. The store manager never came out. We waited 10 minutes and they paged her three or four times. So we finally walked out of the store and they lost a sale.

Sales people very helpful. Supplies limited but able to find what we wanted and order the last pair.

Amazing customer service & great prices on high-quality shoes! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and Olin specifically made this a fantastic experience. I have trouble finding shoes that fit well — Olin took the time to show me what I should be looking for in shoes and helped me find shoes that fit wonderfully. Both pairs fit better than anything I've worn in YEARS. I ended up getting both. Olin also helped my mother find a pair of shoes she thinks is excellent. I simply cannot say enough nice things about what an great experience we had. My wife will be going by for new shoes this week — I never thought I would have a shoe store that I would encourage others to use, but Peltz Shoes has won me over.
