I'm very thankful for Tim and the PEMA team. This year has been difficult to say the least.

But, working with PEMA has kept my growth moving in the right direction. Not only does PEMA get fantastic leads but they have a very powerful system to warm the leads up before I even get on a call.

I am super thankful for everything PEMA does for my agency.

If you want a consistent source for warm leads and customers, use PEMA.

Best investment in my business to date.

This year has been very challenging but PEMA has helped me to grow despite all difficulties 2020 has brought.

I am very thankful for Tim and his team.

Blessings.

I have been working with PEMA for the past two months. They have created leads as proposed. The owner Tim was responsive and helpful and the team answered questions when needed.

PEMA has been crucial to my business succeeding. Within the first 2 months, I landed a $30,000 deal. I recently decided to go out on my own venture but didn't know how I was going to get clients. PEMA is my marketing department. Thank you guys a lot for everything you've done.

Fantastic company. Highly recommend. The leads are solid, they make good on their guarantees, and they give you all the support you need on the sales side. What more could you ask for?

Great communication, warm leads that want to talk to me, and a TON of support. What else could you ask for? Thank you very much!

I was definitely hesitant to hire PEMA but I knew I needed something. Until now, I’ve only built my company via referral which has been slow. And, the first couple months with PEMA had me wondering if I made the right choice. Melie did tell me from the beginning it takes a few months to really start working. I’m glad I listened to her and kept at it. I’ve closed more deals in the first 6 months with working with PEMA than any previous one month. BTW, make sure to take advantage of their sales training and support. It makes ALL the difference in your success. Thank you again for all of your hard work guys!

Over-promised & completely under-delivered. This company had us sign an agreement that guaranteed us at least 25 leads over a 3 month period with leads starting to trickle in week 3. Well, two months later they have failed to produce ANY leads at all, NOT ONE, and we're now a few thousand dollars in the hole. When we confronted them on performance we were basically told that we should've never been sold because they have no experience with our industry. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we proposed a solution to salvage the relationship between our companies - the response we received was that the director and the owner of the company refused to work with our proposal and they would also not refund our money because we signed the contract (although they failed to meet any part of their guarantee that is on the same contract). Rather than waste any more time, we told them not to even worry about it but to cease any further activities on our account and to cancel immediately, we will be disputing this through our bank. There is a huge disconnect between the administration at the top and those on the front-line, and it's obvious that those on the front-end are absolutely not supported by those that should be leading. Stay away from this company unless you want to lose time and money.

EDIT: Pema responded to my review by showing how unfamilar they are with the companies they are paid to provide services for (see response). My company doesn't have any profiles on review sites, hence, it would be difficult for me to have any reviews. To reiterate, Pema has taken $4,200 from me and they can't tell the difference between my company and a company with a similar name.

Pema: you have the wrong company. There is a company called "Local Lighthouse", however, that's not the same company as "The Local Lighthouse". The one you mention is based in Tustin, California. My company is based in Knoxville, Tennessee. This goes to my point that you haven't been servicing my account since you apparently don't know the difference between what I sell and what the other company sells. Thanks for making my point.

Saying I asked for the service for free is predicated on the idea they delivered any value. I asked for my money back halfway through the second month after they hadn't worked on my account for several weeks. From what I've read online, my experience is not an isolated case.

They continue to charge my card and deliver very little. I bash them in hopes of raising awareness that no one make the mistake I made. If you are interested in a lead generation company, there are plenty of good service providers out there. Pema is not one of them. BTW - if you read into the reviews below you'll see someone else mentioned how Pema was taking their money with out delivering. Predictably in an attempt to paper over the issues the owner suddenly decided to refund that person's money. Amazing timing. I should point out how my review coincided with an influx of several good reviews which read like they were written by the company. I'll leave the reader to figure out what Pema's up to.

Original review:

I made a terrible mistake two months ago by hiring PEMA.io to generate leads for my company. What an absolute disaster. They spammed my LinkedIn messages. Targeted people in all sorts of unqualified positions/industries regardless of me sharing a scrape data file of all the companies I wanted them to target. Sent messages out over Thanksgiving. Never answered messages from interested prospects. Sporadic communication from the account manager. The list goes on and on.

What did I get over the course of 60 days? One actual phone call meeting with a prospect. Total cost: $2,800. Never do business with this company. Essentially what they do is operate a LinkedIn bot to send messages to unqualified targets while spending a total of 10 minutes on your account per day. You're better off using Dux-Soup ($30/mo) or some other type of LI bot than getting fleeced for $1,400 a month.

It's been pretty good, I had a slow first month but my account manager explained and set my expectations right. I've been on a couple of calls so far and they've been better than good, not sure what these other people on here thought they were getting. I'm really happy with their communications and the leads they are getting me.
