Pembroke Isles Clubhouse, Pembroke Pines FL

I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and my schedule is very busy. However I try to keep up with this association rules. Still I am VERY dissatisfied and disappointed because you screw once they give u a ticket it does not matter if you follow the rules as soon as you screw once…ticket no warning not warm talk nothing. Useless greedy people that when they screw nobody gives THEM a ticket. Gate broke, wait a week to get fixed. Pool closed, wait a week for management to approve reopen. Worse community I ever had a contract with.

I ha very lived here for 22 years. Not perfect, but close to it. Great amenities, I feel safe. Is walkable, pets allowed. Good area for shopping, dining. HOA at this time is pretty good.

A delightful association clubhouse with all the amenities and friendly staff.

They give tickets for parking “facing out” without even warning us beforehand. No signage either. Simply out of maliciousness. Disgusting management, always have issues with them.

Worse HOA I have ever seen. I lived in this community for 7 years and the HOA was absolutely ridiculous, the board members have no clue what they are doing, the HOA does not have a traffic agreement with the Police Department and outside the amenities I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I could give it a zero I would. This place encourages criminal activity by not addressing anything.
