The staff at the front desk are very rude, the one with red hair is very mean, in 1 hour several people complained about the rudeness and the aggressive way of addressing the patients, this is the easiest way to lose customers in an office, today they Have clients tomorrow, maybe not. The whisper is the best and the bad publicity, I hop the manager take care this

The whole experience was awesome. From the nice lady at the front desk to Dr. Frick's attention to detail and due diligence I am in awe of how pleasant my visit was. Hoping to return to this location when I'm expecting in a few months.

This places is the worst if you have another child and you don’t have someone to take care of that child while you come to your appointment you can’t come in they didnt let me in to see the ultra sound just case I had my child with me iam a excited father who cares and they don’t care their policy isn’t updated says one thing and when you get here it’s another please stay away from this place I would give them zero stars if at all possible

They need to update their policy on who are permitted in the exam room. And the pandemic is over people. Get with the times! We have been to other health institutes which don't require masks and allow children.

Extremely disappointed of how inhumane this office is. I had to refuse service today, since they will not allow me to take my son with me into the back office. And it’s mandatory to wear a mask, which I am perfectly fine with, but Everyone’s situation is different I do not have a sitter. I go to my my obgyn and all other doctors appt without any problems. To single go parents with kids is ridiculous and outrageous. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Excellent staff from the front desk to the US techs, I felt legitimately cared for. Jenny was my tech and what a great professional she is, walked us throughout the whole process and made it easy and comfortable. My baby kept moving and was in an inadequate position for the study and she was so patient and kind.
Dr Amy Flick is just amazing, knowledgeable, personable, down to earth, caring, excellent bedside manners, and took the time to explain in detail what we needed to know.
I am a doctor as well and give it all for my patients, have been looking for a team like this for a while and finally found it. I would give 20 stars to Pembroke Perinatal Center if I could!

I was super excited to be with my friend at her last ultrasound. They sent her a text late last night saying scheduled at 7: 30am. She NEVER schedules that time because she drops her child to school at that time. We were a little late and called this morning. Far drive and turned down. Smh. Most places have you waiting forever as is.

I was referred to this perinatal center by my obgyn and Im extremely happy with the service. The receptionists and medical staff are very friendly. Im eternally grateful for Dr. Flick who has gone above and beyond to provide the best care. All the ultrasound techs are amazing. Im super super happy and I will definitely recommend them.

My OBGYN highly recommended Dr. Romary, and she did not disappoint. She approached every question with professionalism and empathy. After my appointment, Dr. Romary followed up with me personally. Unlike many doctors, she was easy to reach when I had additional questions. Although I live an hour away from her office, it is worth having a doctor I trust.

I honestly wish I’d found this place sooner! The staff is so welcoming and helpful. My PCP sent me here for a ultrasound appointment and I must say, out of three kids (this being the 3rd) this was the most thorough ultrasound I have ever had. You can bring in a usb to save all video and pictures of your appointment and they offer one for sale if you don’t have one. The doctor came in to check on me and to give me a run down of my future perinatal care w/ them for the coming weeks. I will gladly recommend them to anyone!

Terrible service and customer attention…If you have alternatives different from this center you want to avoid it, ask your doctor for options.

The technicians here was well-mannered and educated her name was Charlotte, she explained everything to me well and she’s very polite & very professional and also I like the place it’s clean, organize & all staff was very helpful.

My overall experience here is superb! Thank you Pembroke Perinatal, more power to your company!

I've been visiting Pembroke Perinatal in Pembroke Pines throughout my pregnancy and I must say my experience been awesome. My tech Charlette is absolutely amazing she made the experience super easy everytime. I had to show her some love because she is such an angel and the best I've dealt with, thank you for your patience and capturing my smiling baby!
