Pembroke Pink Imaging, Pembroke Pines FL

I came to this location last week for a screening mammogram. They were very efficient and kind. Scheduling is easy either on their website or by calling in. They took me in a timely fashion when I got there. Annual mammograms are not a lot of fun, but they make it as easy as can be! Ashley took care of me, very professional and explained everything thoroughly. I especially love the fact that they provide pts with gowns. The place extremely clean and organized! Highly recommend.

It was my first time having to get a mammogram and an ultrasound and was recommended Pembroke Pink; man, I was glad I came here! The customer service amongst the staff (from the moment you call all the way to the interactions with the Dr. 's and radiologists and assistants) is impeccable! They definitely overdeliver! The made me feel calm and good while performing the procedures. Julissa, Maria and all of you guys were amazing. Thank you!

I have always had a great experience at Pembroke Pink. The staff, including the radiologist, continues to be respectful, friendly, professional and the wait times are reasonable. I highly recommend using Pembroke Pink imaging.

If you need to get a biopsy, trust me, request Kristy and Tracy with Dr B, these trio made the experience so much better. I felt comfortable and they provide me with a lot of “mental” support, the girls were amazing, no other word for them.

All staff were great! Friendly & professional. And they actually had my prescription! They always tell me my drs office did not send over. I’m giving 4 stars only because of my long wait for the ultrasound. I did not have to wait long for my mammogram; thinking the ultrasound would be right after… nope. I probably waited 45 mins after the mammo. Great facility. Clean.

I was here in 2021 and was so impressed to how I was treated, I told all my friends! This time, it didn't feel the same. Every one was nice, but it wasn't the same. From having to carry your bra and shirt around in your hand, to the waiting room after you get in your robe feeling so sterile and quiet, not feeling special.

Although I was not greeted when I arrived I still had a good experience at Pembroke Pink Imaging. I was there for only 30 minutes from time of check in till my mammogram was completed. Sandy was my technician and she was delightful!

My girlfriend has been waiting on ultrasound results for over a month. Every single time she’s called, they would leave her on wait and never send them. After numerous calls throughout the month, they finally decided to send the results, god forbid the results showed something terrible… My girlfriend mentioned plenty of times that she doesn’t live in Miami anymore, somehow they put down Miami with a NYC zip code. She needed these results to take care of things here in nyc a month ago. Very unprofessional.

I had my first mammogram about a week ago and of course I was scared because the stories I heard not only from my friends but also my mother. From the moment I walked in the professionalism was outstanding. Tracy, who performed my exam was extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She took her time explaining what to expect and also made me be aware that if I were to get called back, not panic because this was my first mammogram so therefore we have nothing to compare your images to. Just hearing that put me at ease. I have told family and friends Pembroke Pink is the place to go! Thank you for having such amazing staff!

I have been coming to Pembroke Pink, and have had a great experience overall. Monday February 27 I went in for a mammo biopsy. I was very nervous, but I was lucky enough to have Christina and Tracy with me. They went through the entire process with me, explaining every step, and not just that, they supported me every step of the way. They gave me encouragement, held my hand, checked that I was doing good and was ok to continue. The type of service you rarely get, very personalized.

Wow! I was blown away by the way Dr. Parikh, Kristina and Tracy treat me. They was caring, kind, understanding and professional. I felt at ease when Dr. Parikh, Kristina and Tracy explain the procedure in detail. But get this Kristina and Tracy hold my hand, also talk to me like I was a family member getting this procedure done. Great service. It would be nice if everyone was this kind. I always have a great experience coming to Pink Imaging Pembroke Pines location.all of the techs were very detailed and very kind.i got nervous when i did my MRI and almost backed out. But Carmen calmed me down and held my hands. She said I can take my time to relax and calm down.

Very organized, when I made my appointment I was given instructions for the exam I was taking, I was reminded of my appointment through email and text. The waiting time was minimal practically none by the time I finished my paperwork I was called in. The treatment from everyone was exceptional, the technologist was very nice and considerate. I’m also very picky about cleanliness. Their place was very clean. Big plus. Thanks

I am a new patient to Pembroke Pink and this was my first time doing a mammogram. I had the pleasure of having Jessica as my technician. She was the most gentle, professional, and kindest person. I was beyond nervous and needless to say she eased my tension and made my first experience very comfortable. Thank you Jessica for being so wonderful.

Update: The office manager was really helpful and explained that they had a new phone system that may have been causing the delay. I was happy to receive a call from her and she put me at ease with getting a repeat test. I commend the facility for having attentive leadership staff.

Received a letter saying that I needed a repeat ultrasound or mammogram on February 7 and I haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone to assist.

It is always an easy experience when I go to Pembroke Pink, which I’ve been doing for 10+ years. They check you in immediately, a few minutes later they’re bringing you back, you change into a robe, they call you, it’s done. All the technicians are very friendly, but the one I had this last time was funny, too. She made it very easy.

My wife has been coming to your facility for years and every year her experience keeps getting better. Tracy was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. Thank you to your entire staff for always being kind and friendly.

I have been getting my Mammogram at Pembroke Pink for the last 6 years, the results have been all clear until now, I received the call that something abnormal was showing in my Mammogram, I had to do a series of test, Ultrasound, MRI Biopsy, which revealed I indeed tested positive for Breast Cancer. Scary hearing those words. I cannot say enough of the staff here, they are amazing, they treated me with such care, love and understanding, even holding my hand at my surgery preparation. I recommend Pembroke Pink to all my family and friends, I am so glad I found them.
